How I use my canned food and packing lunches

In this video, I'm going to be showing you how easy it is to use your home canned products. We're making spaghetti for dinner with homemade spaghetti that was pressure canned. We are also going to be packing our lunches for the next day.

Question how do you can your food because i am young and currently trying to cook for 5 people and i love hacks and tips for easy dinners like spaghetti.Second question how long does the food stay good caned? Follow up what I do after it's canned like with meat do I have to refrigerate it or can I just put it in my pantry.

@ElaOlorun thanks for your questions. Canned food is good for many years on the pantry shelf. I can my foods a couple of ways; I pressure can, waterbath can, and dehydrate. For my spaghetti sauce , I make a triple or quadruple batch of the sauce and then pressure can what's left after dinner; that way next time we want spaghetti for dinner all I have to do is make the pasta and open a Jar of sauce.
