CANNING HOMEMADE PASTA SAUCE

Today I'm canning pasta sauce, this sauce is so delicious and easy to make.
What I Use:
20 Quarts - quartered Tomatoes
5 Cups - chopped onions
2 Cups - chopped bell peppers
Italian Seasoning
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Salt
Turbinado Sugar
Tony Chachere's ( Season to Taste)
