Great video Jake and very informative on the dash. It seems no matter where you park the Triumph it attracts an audience.Take care 👍🏍🏁
Thanks John..haha yes they were having a proper beak at the Triumph. Cheers Jake.

Great vid! Anti-glare screen protectors for the Street Triple are available on our website 👌
I like listening to your videos. I like your style and sense of humour about things.. They are great bikes - enjoying mine.
Thanks Andrew glad you’re enjoying the vids. Cheers Jake
PS - I mostly use Style 4 with the numerical RPM's on the left while I'm breaking it in... Later when I don't have to care about the RPM's as much style 1 will be better. I can't find the engine temperature when I'm warming up on style 4 which is annoying (but only a minor quibble). I would prefer a proper analogue styled tacho but I'm sure I'll live.
It’s definitely got plenty of features and styles to choose from hasn’t it.
That’s really cool man! I have a 2017 Z900, looking for a new bike. Do you reccomend me the RS?
The only problem I see are the vibrations on the pedals (as I heard in different test Videos).
Are they really so annoyng?
Thanks and greerings from Switzerland :)
The RS is an amazing bike would highly recommend a test ride you’ll love it. I’ve never really had a big problem with vibration on the pegs. Thanks Jake.
How much better would the bike be with a proper rev counter and shift lights ?
Auto Advanced is not about lean sensitivity but about allowing you to use on short press three signal flashes and on longer press the regular auto cancel as in Auto Basic. Oh and isn't the BT module standard in RS?
Thanks Martin!…the BT module isn’t standard on the RS.
I have exactly the same bike, but I don't have indicator option in " Bike setup" ?!
That’s interesting
Looks really good a lot of choices there ,I run an old bike with normal clocks .The only thing that would be of concern to me is if these things go wrong which I assume could happen over time and use what would it cos to replace one and or if they could just be repaired . Interesting though . : )
Yes Malcolm loads of info hasn’t it but definitely wouldn’t want to pay for a replacement can’t imagine it being cheap. Cheers Jake.
TFT are pants
Toys to play with but add nothing useful really.
Its a gimmick
an analogue type display with shift lights is just far easier to read at speed.
Software designers please make the rev counter a priority over fuel consumption and average speed .
The fuel gauge is a waste of time because the fuel light comes on after about 70 miles.
Fuel range is kind of useful
Its a great bike with a nice screen but the R model is just better.
What is that extra large switch on the left side of handlebar? It's just above and to the left of your toggle switch. The American Triumph versions, unfortunately, don't have that switch.
I think you mean the light switch from main beam to daytime running lights.
@@RiderReviews Yeah, I think that that is what it is. I had someone else tell me the same thing.
@@RiderReviews I so wish I had one of these Street Triple (RS) bikes. I've had almost nothing but motorcycles-on-the-mind ever since my girlfriend's daughter asked me to help her learn how to ride on her brand new Triumph Trident 🔱 660 -- which is also a really great bike.
Maybe you might own one at some point! Yes totally agree the trident is great too.
@@RiderReviews One can only hope. I used to ride a full liter bike back in the late 80s (a Yamaha FZR 1000 w/122hp & 72 ft lbs of torque) so I can't believe how much fun that Trident 🔱 660 is to ride. I just figured that if I ever got another bike that I would want something in the 750 range. Besides, the Street Triple 765 engine and exhaust sound sounds so so much better than the Speed Triple 1200 (along with better mpg, better price...etc). And, I barely need a little more power than the Trident to be totally satisfied with a bike at this stage -- as long as it's a 3 cylinder, with their marvelous flat torque curves. Lots of low RPM fun on this engines, as well as the upper range.
Who’s that handsome man in the reflection?
where is odometer reading?
It’s on another menu within the TFT screen.
@@RiderReviews can you please tell me the exact position of odometer
@@ride_with_reaper you’ll have to scroll through the menus….I’m not sure exactly where but I’m sure you’ll find it.
@@RiderReviews yeah i found it- it’s in the top right side of the display where service icon shows✌🏻 BTW thanks for the detailed video❤️
@@ride_with_reaper great 👍 your welcome!

What's really bugging me is Triumph lying about the fuel consumption. If you listen to Triumph your mpg should be 54.32 mpg. No way it is possible, no way.
The other day I took Kawasaki Z900 for a spin with my wife on the back. Ofcourse I was't going nuts on it but neither I was easy on the throttle. Guess what: The fuel consumption was EXACTLY as Kawasaki did repport it, even we went on it together. It took 49.56 mpg average over 170km backroads (no highways at all). Can somene explain to me how is it possible that heavier motorcycle with 4 cylinders, more hp's, more torque, has better fuel economy than Triumph STRS? I just don't get it really.
We don’t worry about fuel consumption with our bikes do we, surely not 😁
Well mines a 2018 RS, I went on two rides, one ride with a slow mate and one ride with a nutter mate, and from tank brim to tank brim I averaged 62 mpg, this has me worried because I think the Euro regulations run these bikes dangerously lean ?
Yes you’re probably right…but great fun aren’t they!
The weakest link on the bike ... especially the 2023 model that is now as close to the perfect naked street bike you can get... except the displays.
Yes! these really are pretty decent tbh.
