This is just to be sure that all of the powers and grounds are good before condemning a computer on a vehicle. Unfortunately, I failed to do that on this vehicle and got bitten in the rear end. If I had checked for powers and grounds on the BCM earlier then I would have found that issue for that broken power wire earlier (In Part 2) in the diagnostic process. It is something that I normally do and encourage everyone to do, but unfortunately I distracted myself from staying on the correct path in the diagnostic process.
