- Join us for a festive vlog as we get into the Christmas spirit and make the most of winter in Canada!
We filmed this video as a weekly vlog towards the end of November with some clips of what we got up to. So come along as we enjoy the first snowfall of the season, decorate the Christmas tree, sample the Tim Horton's Christmas menu, build a gingerbread house, try a gift box of tasty Japanese snacks, and go in search of Christmas lights in our city.
We won't be doing a daily vlogmas this year, but we'll definitely be publishing some fun Christmassy videos as we get into the holiday spirit. Let us know how you guys are celebrating this year!

Evening Samuel und Audrey i haf just been sofa travelling.votching peoples vlogs going around the farterland.i was serving in hildersiem back in time in the british army and we had a married quarter in hannover.im tired darlings i went out this very morning the rain beating down and went to the hospital picked up the liquid i must take on the 3rd of january so my body will be empty on the 4th of january wheni shall have the camera probing my insides ugh so it most probably they will cut away the polyps and anything else they may find.this old age thing is crap im worn out.,did i tell you went i arrived at the dgh on the 4th of december i was waiting in the waiting area and doctor harris called my name mr wolstenholme i was approaching her she said it again looking around she said mr wolstenolme i said yes she said i was looking for someone older ha ha so were the nurses i came out on the 15th december i never wanted to come home i miss their company

I grew up in snow in Colorado, have lived in Mexico for the past 18 years, and explaining how winter works in another part of the planet to my husband is too funny. He is quite impressed though that I used to have to put chains on my car! Great family silliness in this one. I never made a gingerbread house myself, it was always on the list, but when I looked at what was involved and the time (didn't have kits back then)needed, I just settled for cookies. I did have a friend though that made the most amazing houses. Incredible works of art they were. Looking forward to more lights and merriment!!
Ahh, I can imagine the contrast in weather! When my family moved to Argentina when I was a kid, I always found it a bit strange to be celebrating the holidays in hot weather. It just felt different without all the snow!! And the gingerbread kits are pretty fun for a family activity. It was surprisingly a lot of work, haha, our roof kept sliding off! Hehe, we sure started early! Probably around mid-November. Things do feel a bit more cheerful with a fresh dusting of snow and some Christmas decorations. 😊

Hello family. Beautiful video. We already decorate the porch of the house, cause last sunday was a nice weather. But we didn't put all the lights. This year is going to be totally different. We have no plans. May be a good dinner only both of us. People in South America decorate the Christmas Tree on December the 8th. I didn't know about the hot chocolate with Coffee Crisp flavour, my favorite chocolate bar. Togo is adorable. I never built a gingerbread house. Merry Christmas to all the family. I loved this video and will watch it again later! So many moments had me grinning. My soul just soaked up all the warmth and happiness of the ici wonderland you guys live in. Infact, I'm so excited about snow, I look forward to one day shovel snow from a driveway and clean cars😂 but of course, in theory it looks more romantical than it is, it's probably more of a pain in the butt to have to do that everyday for months. It's 28°c right now where I live btw (sonora, méxico) 😂

Thank you for watching, Plinio! Togo's favourite season is definitely winter. He loves the cold and the snow! We took him to the Rocky Mountains one summer a few years back and he loved jumping in the glacial lakes.
It's funny, we are literally north of you guys, (Manitoulin Island), and we still haven't had much snow, least of all any snow that would stick to the ground.
Oh, wow! I guess that's the lake effect, eh? We've got snow on the forecast for the whole week and I'm pretty excited for it! Well, maybe except for the shovelling part...😅❄️

We have Tim Horton in UK but is night and day between Canadian Tim and UK Tim coffe chains, I personally prefer Canadian Tim Horton chains.. But I still preferred the double double coffees

Isn't it a bit early for a Christmas tree? I didn't have one for the last 30 years but in my childhood the tree was bought a few days before Christmas and decorated on the 24th. But probably I am just geeting old 😉 (of course we all do...). Also the concept of having a kind of mummified tree is new to me. Is this some kind of bondage related decoration theme? 😉😜 Or is it to keep the tree fresh until Christmas (the ancient Egyptians knew how to preserve their beloved by mummification...) Anyway - I loved the video (as always) and wish you all a happy season.
We put our tree up towards the end of November, so perhaps a tad bit early, haha!
