Thank you for the indepth video. I never could get warm with version one. But now FabFilter is finally going somewhere. The new sat models sound more realistic and all in all the additions where exact what I was missing from the first version. Also a very nice tool for weird sound effects design, especially with the more awkward modes combined with the modulation options. My only points of critique left is the small text size fonts, which stay small even in full screen mode. Difficult to read on a 2560x1440 resolution or higher. And I wish the compression, especially for acustic bass treatment, wouldn't be a single knob option. With difficult high dynamic material it almost never works well and it adds a high boost in loudness. Cheers PS. I watched so many videos of you, had to subcribe again.
Waaay too complicated for me, option paralysis calling ... :) I’ll stick to Decapitator and SDRR. The modulation section though could be helpful for spicing up drum tracks from e-drum kits that don’t have enough or any round-robin samples e.g. for the snare.
You can keep it super simple, the extra options aren't a requirement. They're tucked away on a new instance. I love that it's latency-free. I work in live sound. Decapitator latency makes it unusable. Why in this day and age can't decapitator be latency-free? Lazy company...
I believe the "American Plexi" amp model is referring to a Tweed Fender Bassman, which was Jim Marshall's inspiration for his early amp designs :)
Thanks for the info, never would've guessed that
that singer has quite the variety of tone-colours - wow
The linear phase was a HUGE addition.
Yes!
i guess I am kind of randomly asking but do anyone know of a good place to stream new movies online ?
Whoa, the fx are pretty crazy. That smudge had a slap delay sound that was very analog.

Coming soon
How does compare to Brainworx bx_saturator V2?
You have a template?
Enough to sway you or is the Softube Harmonics still the favorite?
This one is more flexible, but both are great

Decapitator? Yuck.....I hate that plugin. So much audible aliasing. It would be cool if they ever updated it to fix that.
Great flexibility. Love black box from brainworx
Who is disliking this? Rofl
