yo i had sore throat over the past days but constantly neglected it because i thought it would just go away. until it has gotten worse and i had fever and rashes started showing up. went to the doctor and got diagnosed with strep throat and scarlet fever (which is also caused by strep bacteria, lucky me). anyway, doc recommended me amoxicillin and lemme tell u guys that 2 days on antibiotics and my throat has gotten better and better. also i recommend sucking on strepsils lozenges before bed so the meds stay on ur throat 💗 hope u guys who have strep rn get better soon 🥰

Been on Amoxicillin for 3 days no help so far swelling in my tonsils has not gone down and the pains insane.

@@rowdyderay22 Yeah Amoxicillin definitely wasn't to big of a help. My strep turned into Quinceys and I legit thought I was gonna die lol I had to go get surgery done to remove my tonsils. Best feeling ever.

I have strep throat now and I was wondering when taking the antibiotics did u feel better the next day and did your swelling go down the next day

antibiotics hasn’t really helped my swelling go down, i’ve noticed my lymph nodes actually increased in size, and the pain has traveled down my throat.
