I like to put oatmilk creamer in my tea, like roobios tea or cinnamon tea or chai with some brown sugar oat creamer is so good! Even matcha then you don’t need any sugar.

I’m sorry you haven’t been feeling well hun. But, if your throat doesn’t get better, go back to urgent care. Have them look at your ears. Sometimes ear infections manifest as sore throat too. But feel better beloved

If you want some proper Irish/English tea, get Barry's or Lyon's tea and put milk and sugar in it, no lemon, that's how we take it daily.

I was sick like that I lost my voice. It hurt so much. Two weeks later my coworker was sick last week she had a she was at work, wrapped up in a blanket in a corner. She had the chills everything I had the same thing. These colds and flu’s nowadays not like the cold and flu as we used to have before we could take a little Robitussin M and a little Vicks and it’ll be over with not no more. Lol
So we all just got sick at once 😅 take care mel
Be careful taking two things with acetaminophen in them (Nyquil and Tylenol) ❤

My throat head hurts so bad it was so sore and every time I cough I felt like a crack something. I lost my voice. It was horrible. Yeah, they got a new and improved colds and flus now.

Strep sucks and it's SOOOOOO CONTAGIOUS. You more than likely got it off a grocery store buggy. It's a common little kid sickness. Keep wet wipes in your purse and grab the buggy with one. Don't even touch it with your bare hands until you wipe it down. I hate strep so much. It feels like a series of small bonfires in the back of your throat and nothing makes the burning stop.

there’s some theory that your immune system gets weaker when it doesn’t have to battle so much. like, i started wearing masks in 2020 and went from being sick 8x a year to once a year- but now that one time takes me out for like 3 weeks. i’m also immunocompromised and she could be as well.
