This house is lit! I love the architecture, floor layout and spectacular views of the valley. It doesn't get better than that. I would need a fence around those edges. Just imagine being drunk and falling to your death. The details of this home just blows my mind.
The outdoors walk ways need railings or concrete mini walls to line the outter edges so something or someone doesn't fall off to their death. You said it perfectly, its dangerous and i don't think railings or mini concrete walls will take away from the design.

everything is thought out to the smallest detail even at the design stage. This stunning house on the one hand, from the outside is inscribed in the external environment, and the internal spaces are superbly adjusted and finely tuned to the smallest needs of life and work of a modern person in these internal spaces ... and everything is done in such a way that the eye and the body are constantly happy this great infrastructure ....

The home is amazing. Only things I see wrong are 1) the rocks and the spacing between the flooring. It’s a tripping hazard. 2) the very small closet for the downstairs master bedroom 3) the bathroom that had the two door access to it. 4) something to block people from seeing you in your backyard swimming. Everything else is just about perfect.
Personally, one of my biggest pet peeves in home design is those metal circular stair cases. I hate, hate, hate them in a home. They remind me of fire house stairwells. LOL
When you don't want people bringing their brats , you get the death house. Awesome!!!! How bout the hidden AC registers too! This might be $1000 per sq ft Chuck.

Damn! I always thought Toll brothers were everything but man when it comes to ultra modern homes Blue Heron are the bomb.
The only issue I have is that the outdoor living area is a major safety hazard. Otherwise beautiful.
