How long does it take for the result??
Does this really work??
@deepakchan961 for each of us it will be different time. I suggest low carb diet to assist. Because i was already a low carb fan, it doesnt bother me. Rice & bread and fried foods in general increase inflammation. The exercise helps which i do close to daily 2 to 3 min as often as i can.
Hello can I do this if I am recovering from a hip replacement?
I wish I lived closer to you. I live in Lansing Mi. I have scoliosis and spinal stenosis. My mom had 3 back surgeries. Two older brothers had the same issue and now it's my turn. After a messed up tkr I refuse to ever have surgery on my back. I watch your videos. I think you're a great man. Thank u for these videos.
Happy to help and thanks for watching!
What’s a messed up TKR? Sorry I’m new here and unfamiliar with some of the abbreviations. Thank you!

Great info! Thx😊
I have that pain going down my leg. Also my hip feels higher on that side. Is that contributed with this pain or does my hips need an adjustments?
Dr. Rowe, you are so smart!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you very much for these videos! I cycle 6 times a week for 90 minutes at a time, and 3-5 hours at weekends. I assume that I am stretching far too little, but more and more often I have tension in exactly the area shown in the video. Three weeks ago it was so severe that I had to take a break for two weeks. My posture was so bad that I could only move with my arms resting on my knees. Unfortunately, all the stretching exercises didn't help either. I took one Ibuprofen 600 and one Voltaren twice a day for 10 days and tried to move as much as possible during the 10 days. Even if I sit a lot during the day, I have the feeling that it's getting worse again.
In December 2023, an MRI confirmed that I have spondylosis - osteoarthritis of the vertebral joint in the lumbar vertebrae. Unfortunately, the doctors only say: if it hurts, just take painkillers!
That can't be the solution, can it?
Such a huge help!
Been waiting for this... Thank you for posting 😊
Hope the exercises help!
@@DrRowe Yes for Sure..
Yes ....I agree. I'll use some of his movements til the end of days. Really helpful.
You really helped me on my back, amazing!
I think it is ironic (stupidly) that one of the "wreckommended," vids below is titled, "Stop Doing These," and shows the stretches that you recommend. #1 Your channel is informative, encouraging, relieving and positive. Great respect to you. #2 Any channel, typically, that has, "Don't, No, Never, Stop, You've, Wrong etc," are negative and a turnoff. Disingenuous info from a half naked man.
••THANK YOU for your guidance and professionalism.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
This video is very helpful!!
Looks like those corner counter exercises might work well with a partner too. Lol
Your videos are amazing, you help a lot of people. Thank you, keep up the good work.
Remember that you are going to prepare food on that countertop tho...
I have watched a lot of Chiropractic/Physical Therapy videos and yours are definitely my favorite. This was another excellent video. Thank you for all that you do. 🥰

@@DrRowe you’re welcome
Thank you, dear Dr. I need rehab PT from abdominal surgery. My sciatica is flaring and I want to cry. Can’t take NSAIDs because I’m on chemo.
Yay!
Dr could you please suggest me a better video of deep peroneal nerve release🙏🙏
Exactly my pain path! I do these and they help until I stop 😢what to do?
Do you have exercises that help to slow down scoliosis progression?
Do these work for us older folks that are getting sciatic pain due to degenerated discs? Thank you.
Hi, Just after the exercises my piriformis area was very sore but after a few minutes my sciatica pain was much better, now I need to do these exercises separately to try to eliminate the one that creates pain, I suspect the "number 4" that was stretching my piriformis or perhaps it was a good thing, not sure...
The last stretch/exercise was extension, vs all of the ones previous focused on flexion...which should we do for sciatica? I always thought flexion was the way to go, but then my sciatica is aggravated by severe stenosis...
❤️💖🙏❤️💖
Thanks again for watching!
Q for that counter corner exercise, would that be equivalent to hanging from a bar at the gym?
My herinated disc slipped out or pressed my sciatica nerve. I am suffering with pain. Dr Which excercise or instructions you suggest?
After I take epidural my lower back sometimes right side sometimes left side pain is this exercise can help me
Do you have any specific exercises for bilateral sciatica? The normal stretches work but its risky becasue the pain will switch sides suddenly. 😰
Is there one stretch that can get both sides? Butterfly could, but i cant get into that position yet. The decompression exercise at the edge of the bed might work.... along with the counter exercise.
Hallo 🙏 🙏 🙏 ❤
The decompression exercise felt nice until I tried to get up I felt intense pain slash weakness after. It’s easing a bit after 20 minutes but I feel a lot going on now in my right lower back glute. What do you think I did wrong?
When i decompress i hear a crack or pop sound kinda like cracking your knuckles, is that a good sign?
It hurts doing exactly that near my groin of the hip it's been hurting for over a year now help please 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
