I love these knives. I have a few more expensive and less expensive knives and these are great for the price and make a great EDC. Stumbled across your channel and surprised you don’t have a ton of followers. Great content! Thank you. I’m going to spread the word.

The ridges on the spine are called jimping. I have thousands of dollars worth of knives and yet there I was running from Lowes to Lowes just to find the aluminum drop point D2 version for $15😆👍 It's definitely worth the money, thanks for sharing

Yep, these knives are great. Just bought one, and couldn’t be happier. I have a similar knife that I bought for over $100, different brand, and compared to the crescent knife, they are built so similar, that I would be happy just to use the crescent

I’ve had these knives for years now, and feel the same way ..even bought the same 2-pack.. Yes, I’ve got em all over the place, too 🙂

A year or two ago I bought the barely more expensive one. Where memory serves, it was slightly larger, aluminum scales, and D2 steel (from Lowes).
Either way, there was nothing off putting about the knife. Blade centering, no blade wiggle etc...
I wound up giving it to my son because I'm not a huge fan of D2. Nothing wrong with it. Not a steel snob by any stretch of the imagination.. It just wasn't a fit for me.
I have to take off my shoes to count to twenty, and I don't have any experience sharpening it (or the tools). I have AUS-8 knives I love, but sit in a drawer because the "knife sharpener" I bought from Walmart is not the way to go. So, I'm at a point where I buy stones or convenient electric sharpening tools. IE maybe a belt sander? Or just go get a river rock and call it a day.
Anyway, as addictions go, I did eventually succumb to getting this one. The quality is there in both models. Its a lot of knife for the money. Ball bearings and good quality control at that price point is unheard of. And if you lost it, you wouldn't lose sleep at night.

Where did you get those from? I picked up the same set for $19.98 today.

I picked these knives up at Lowes around the Christmas holidays. What do you think about the knives?
