I have been a fan and user of paper thin crash cymbals, primarily made by Zildjian since the late 70s. The powerful Zildjian sound mixed with the fast delay is perfect for recording and will hold its own in a live performance too!
Great Cymbals, but your sound demo is bad 'cause you always playing the Kick drum when crashing the cymbals, so the sounds of the cymbals can't be heard originally. 😢 Why you do so?!? 🤷♂️
Thanks, a good tip that I will take into consideration for future videos.
@@DrumsBonedo I’d say it’s all opinion, if you DIDN’T add it with the kick drum someone would then be asking why you didn’t do so, can’t please everyone but it’s nice to see you take the criticism well. IMO it’s more helpful to have the bass drum underneath considering in most applications that’s how it’s going to be played. But I can also see the merit in hearing it without to get a better over all “pure” sound of the cymbal by itself.
