That’s what I do, I find a spot on the floor in a corner, grabs weights and get to work. We have have one gym in the community and everyone goes there but even the times where it’s not busy, people take up the things I want to use, so I have to pivot my way.
Funnily enough, I had the most progress with my 30lb dumbbells at home. What matters most is what workouts you’ll be the most consistent with. I’m always wayyy happier to workout at home in my lounge pants 😂
Yeah that’s good the only thing is progressive overload would be a lot easier in the gym as you don’t have to be buying more really expensive equipment to progress on weight. Great to see you sticking to the workouts and good luck
yeah it's super normal to go to the gym wearing underwear as training clothes!! then complain about creepers, have some respect woman all of you don't care about sports you only care about how ur ass will look like if it's round and juicy.. that's not brave that's low self esteem issues and showing off
@Despina’s Cooking I’ve never had the problem personally but I’ve never worn a top like that to the gym, I just know I’d be self conscious about it! And I’m not a fan of wearing tops or bottoms that are too tight as they restrict my breathing, even if it’s only on the chest, which makes it super uncomfortable for me!
I wear tops like this so I can better see which muscle parts I'm working, and which ones I might need to still do work more on. It's super helpful! I've never even thought about it slipping 😅😂❤..
Did you see the way your knee corrected itself on the last video? Stand with your feet slightly pigeon toe and that should make the movement more natural
I just noticed how you angle the weight upward to do the sumo squats, I’ve been having issues for a while…now I know it’s cause I was holding the weight wrong 😅

Okay so I have 10lb weights and trying to grow my booty , do I keep doing these workout until I can't? Like a bunch of reps or what? Because if anything I feel like I'm losing and not gaining Its a bit frustrating.
me too! have you tried frog pumps? usually they are used as a warmup but i do them weighted bc i can’t feel my glutes in any other exercises. they really work!

Don’t think it’s butt pads, but shaping and contour leggings which certainly change and enhance the way the glutes look. A scam if you ask me. These gym influencers will all look totally different in real life. Also, cleverly positioning the camera below the flutes also makes it look larger. So fake lol

Yeah I’m actually really disappointed if so… I starting watching her and another few gym girlies because I liked their positive and hard work-focused content, but now both of them look like they’re maybe wearing butt pads and it just makes me question where their channel is going now.. I get that maybe they are doing it for views because they need money, but honestly it’s kinda upsetting because I wasn’t expecting it and may have to unsubscribe if I find the effect mentally too negative
