it sounds like their system is to take the money people do on jobs and then provide a kickback of a portion of it. If some people are putting in all their money and taking a % back, and other people are only putting in some of the money, they are effectively stealing from the group. Idk if anyones doing that but it seems like a pretty big problem. Like Marty got 3 guns the other night, if he chooses to sell 1 or 2 of them for say 50k and doesn't then put the 50k into the group, meanwhile Harry makes 50k selling weed and does put it all in, some people are getting scammed.

Harry could 2 man sani and make like 900 recyclables a hour, 450 split could make him anywhere between 2700-4500 a hour depending on who he sells to. And that’s not including the paycheck he gets from sani. Speedy is able to do grime with Cousin but instead does roof running which gives dirty money that’ll be split between the group. (Cleaners/Crew and himself)

The amount of times speedy has snaked Lang in 3.0 and been cought doing it and then barely anything happens except once that I can remember... and that one time wasn't even that bad of a punishment since speedy himself was bored of having to go make weapons multiple times a day lol.
