So the issue is the system was not explained in enough detail. Marty and Yuno got an explanation of bringing stuff to the crew, but not to this level of detail. They all need to get together and work out the details.
No, I got what Lang was explaining, but Lang didn't offer a bonus like option for Yuno or Marty for their tech support, so an amendment needs to be made. This is very common in contracts and even laws within the government
yeah and Gigi is trying to simplify things but there are too many variables. Marty wants gun parts quantified but the robberies for those literally unlocked just 2 days ago.
The entire point of the system is that people can focus on doing what they want, it's innefficient and not as fun to be forced to do parts of the process you dont enjoy. Harry not being able to explain this is wild and it's even worse that he (a don) just instantly goes around the system the moment it gets questioned

Harry is wrong, Lang told everyone they could make their own money and only turn in what they wanted to give to the crew when it came to side hustles. If it's crew resources though it's supposed to go to the crew.

I think Harry is explaining DON rules to a CREW member. When Dons and Crew have different rules and expectations (case in point the $10K vs $5K). That or he's trying to scam Marty because ngl Harry's voice sounds like he's scamming.

Money from illegal activities is supposed to go to the house. All the money earned from the legal jobs stays with the person. The legal jobs are the “side gig” mentioned in the meeting. Illegal jobs are not the side gig and the money goes to the house and then so on and so forth. But yeah harry is confused af and confusing more and more. Or he is just trying to scam.

My brain is hurting. Its easy just to say bring your dirty bills the crew will clean it and take a fee and every friday you get the cash for it.
Well to me it would only make sense if you brought the jewlery/car parts to the group and someone is running the annoying jobs to get rolled bills then wash it. But if you already did all the annoying steps it makes no sense to give it to the group to just do 1 simple task and they take 30% of it. Then doing G6 or any other job the group should also take 30%.
@@Mas-ij3tiwell the way it’s supposed to be but wasn’t properly communicated is you only give it to the group if it used group resources otherwise it’s your choice if you wanna do things for yourself or the group, so if you just chop parts for the group you get paid out a percentage but if you do it for yourself and clean it on your own then that’s just for you unless you want to give some to the group

Harry is naive for not knowing this before, but lang obviously knows this but the system is set to prosper the crew and be more beneficial to the crew rather than the worker... The percentage taken by the crew is more like an investment by dons/members imo

Everyone could go out and earn on their own, keeping 100% of profits. The reason why they pay in, is so the crew can defer costs AND invest in things like heists which have historically been paid almost entirely by one person (lang) or sometimes two (speedy).
I feel like any logistic problems should only be talked about to Gigi because she made the system herself. Anyone that could explain it would probably fumble

i thought that the only time the crew would get any of the money is if you use resources that the crew had
for ex, if you go choping and you use the crews tool then that money gets put in the house
if you use butt that the crew has to do anything the money goes to the house
but if you use your own stuff then its your money

If you used the resource of the OB you should return all the profit to the OB and then based on time you spend you get money but the entire thing of anything you get you give isn’t right
People in comment sections are brain dead. The crew gets 30% of the dirty money so the crew can have cash to do what needs to be done. If you do every other process then you get 70%. It's not a scam. It's called investing in the group. If you don't want to invest in the group then fine, get ocean dumped and go on your merry way. Simple.

Yuno did computer sales and brought the crew over 50k, it’s just that it’s slowed down
profit from crim activities = goes to the group (if you do well enough you get rewarded)
profit from civ jobs = personal money you keep
yuno has sold pc parts and gave all the profits to the group. after a week lang gave him his kickback for doing all that work for the group. he also gave away his extra g6 bags/pallets but i don't think he lists them so it might've been credited to someone else.
Yh it doesn't make sense cause they themselves don't even understand, the kickback is from dirty money you've willingly contributed to the group to have them clean it for you taking the 30% or money you've made using the groups resources (like Yuno selling tech stuff) and you get back a percentage for doing the work making money with those resources.
If you're using crew resources (weed, computer parts, materials or equipment etc) to generate money, or using washing machines to clean the cash, then the money should be seperated. If you're making money from regular jobs then that shouldn't be given to the crew.

Lang repeatedly tells everyone that he does not want to force anyone to do anything. It's literally repeated at 80% of all meetings by now.
There are two categories.
Category 1: Personal Resource
Category 2: Crew Resource
That's it. It's very simple. If you are someone who cannot be bothered to clean or wash your dirty cash after you chop cars and sell them off, you can CHOOSE to give that dirty cash to the crew.
Example: (Numbers are made up but the logic is as follows) Marty decides to chop cars and sell them to the Fence. Marty earns 10,000 dollars worth of dirty cash. Marty is too lazy to clean the cash himself so he deposits the 10,000 dollars he earned to the crew. Tony wakes up and is lazy to chop cars. He sees the dirty money Marty left and decides to take it and clean it. He converts it to 10,000 dollars clean cash and puts it back into the stash. On Friday, during payouts, Marty will earn 4,000 dollars, Tony will earn, 4,000 dollars and the crew will take 2,000 dollars. Why? Because Marty chose not to clean the money himself and used the crew's services to clean it for him. Tony worked for the crew as a cleaner therefore he is paid too. The crew receives a cut as commission for being the "middle man".
Let's say Marty decides to clean the cash and do all the steps himself. He does not need to give a single dollar to the crew. Zero input, he gains all 10,000 dollars and that's just his own personal resource. Has nothing to do with the crew. Of course, if he wants to be a team player, he can straight up offer 2,000 dollars to the crew as a form of donation. That's entirely up to him.
