Bought 14 plus in BBD sale battery health is 100% at ios 16.6 and updated to ios 17 still 100%. Then i tried my solution to calculate real battery health with Power Util , And i charge my phone 0-100 percent there you go Power Util Showing 97.30% actual capacity where in Iphone settings shows 100.%. and I don't believe iphone own battery health status system its shows wrong.if you are buying a phone it doesn't mean is phone comes with 100% battery health,even if you don't use your phone for 7-9 months still there is Chances of droping the battery health, i would say use your phone according to your use and just dont care about battery, when you need to change battery you will.
I actually agree with u. I recently bought a 14 pro and worrying too much about the battery doesn’t make any sense. If we paid so much for a premium phone then there is no use to limit its usability. In 3 yrs if the battery health drops too much , we can always change it with the original battery which is around 6k , which isn’t too much and the phone becomes brand new again
I was using an Android phone about 3 years now and it cost me then 17000 and I really follow that 20% rule and its really help me my 3 year old phone still give me as much battery backup at it can be give in 3 year old 17000 Android phone it really helps❤

It is normal also using 15 plus and dropped health to 98 after 60 cycle counts. 1 percent per 25 cycles is standard.
