Yea considering it wasn't in the arcade I think is one reason why another is the owner of the non Capcom titles may not want to re-release those titles
They all have great things about them. Children of the Atom was the pioneer to introduce this style and should get credit for that (but def the least best one), Marvel Super Heroes brought in the infinity stone concept that was ahead of it’s time based off the comics( that people go crazy about because of the avengers movies), X-men vs street fighter was super dope to me because of introducing the two player team concept, the fighter theme songs, and when you finish someone they go flying making the impact of the attacks realistic. Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter brought special names and clean gameplay, MvC brought assist characters, crossover specials (split faces), and the cleanest overall presentation, and MvC 2 perfected the gameplay, added an unrivaled character choice to this day, 3 character choices, level 3 specials, and more.
I had so much memories playing these games at the arcade back in the day. Especially Children of the Atom and X-Men vs Streetfighter. These games were so popular back then that you don’t even have to actually play them to be familiar with them. They usually have the biggest arcade rigs that you pretty much remember the signature music and sound effects they have by just staying within earshot of their loud speakers.
So basically you like Quantity over Quality, which is fine, you’re entitled to your opinion but for me personally MVC1 is easily the best, it has a certain unique and special charm to it, you got unique non-playable special partners such as Arthur, Thor, Devilotte, Jubilee, etc. Ryu is Super Shoto Man and can turn into Ken or Akuma and adopt their moveset, you got secret characters such as Lilith Morrigan, Gold War Machine and Shadow Lady, you got character themes and endings, there’s just so much love and passion with MVC1 its unmatched.
Also keep bugging Capcom to update mvc2. Upgrading the mid and low tier characters would be so epic. Give mag, sent, storm, cable, and iron man a run for their money.
X men vs SF really surprised me I think it has my favorite aesthetics in the whole collection also 14:45 wowowo there’s only 1 KING OF FIGHTERS and if that title belongs to a game it’s Capcom vs SNK2 which we’re getting next year yeahhh
One of the best times of my life was once I stole $80 from my mom (only time I ever stole from her) , I went to the laundry mat right next to the apartments we were living in and spent around $60 on nothing but X-men Vs SF and crunchy cheetos I ended up feeling guilty and put the change back in my mom's purse but yeah, it was glorious! I was like in 3rd grade at the time edit: I wish I could buy this game right now but it'll have to wait till
hey man I really like your videos, I respect your opinions and relate to a lot of them but im really curious what you think about the bioshock series? bioshock infinite is my favourite game and im sure you’ve played it
@@TotallyTubularJonathan I can’t wait for your ranking, I’ve also not played the second one as much, tho it’s good it’s pretty widely agreed the weakest in the trilogy and infinite is my favourite because the story/characters plus the dlc ties everything together in such a amazing way. The first ones really good too especially if you’re into scarier atmospheres :) but number 2 is the only one with pvp multiplayer which I actually enjoyed lol
Ive been playing all these games since the beginning, had x men and msh on saturn and the rest on ps1 and dc,to me mvc2 has always been extremely overrated,it has more characters and that's where the positives end,ive always thought 2v2 is better than 3v3,it has the worst graphics/art style out of all of them by far and abysmal annoying music, imo xmenvsf is the best playing and looking and mshvsf has the best soundtrack
I grew up on Marvel vs capcom 3 with ps2 capcom characters like Dante and Viewtiful joe and im 19 now. I never got to play the og marvel vs games, i have a foggy memory of playing one of them on an arcade cabinet in a wingstop once, but i was really young then. I need to find a way to play marvel vs 2 because my dad and cousins always tell me i missed out. Also, "sentinel"
Hope they bring back Tatsunoko vs Capcom also that game is a hidden gem
Yea considering it wasn't in the arcade I think is one reason why another is the owner of the non Capcom titles may not want to re-release those titles
We have a better chance at getting Street Fighter: The Movie: THE GAME
That game is top tier. The roster is fun and has great gameplay.
If we can get twitter/ X on tweets then it can happen that’s how we got this collection in the first place
I agree, as long as it's the Wii version!!! They had more to it!!!
They didn’t have to include MvC2 in this game and I still would’ve bought it.
The fact that it is there means there’s no way I’m not buying it
X-Men vs Street Fighter is better than MSH vs Street Fighter. Why? Because Ryu shaking Cyclops hand is still the coolest damn thing in video games.
I heard many say they liked the chaos of X-Men vs street Fighter over the sequel
“Thanus” the mad Titan
Sega Saturn and Dreamcast fans where you at?? This one's for us! 🎉
Right here with ya brother!!!
Bought the Saturn from my friend for $130 back in '98 just for MvSH. Still one of my top 3 fighting games.
I played MVC2 a lot at my university arcade. Loved being able to beat the whole game on one turn

Love the Max Dude reaction
Hard disagreement with msh. Even without gems it feels more refined than X imo
Punisher on Sega Mega Drive was amazing!
When is tatsunoko vs Capcom making a comeback?
Tbh Michael B. Jordan brought more attention to MvC2 and I'm sure Capcom took notice

🔥Can't wait for this! Wolverine, Spider-Man & Cap all day!
love your videos you should rank every Castlevania game
Solid ranking!
One nitpick at 3:50 tho: I don't like the way you pronounced Thanos there.

"Thanus"
😂
Marvel vs Capcom should've been number 1, its by far the best game on the Marvel vs Capcom fighting collection.
In your opinion
its called bias. learn to separate that from the objective list
Marvel vs Capcom 2
Getting this for ps5 hope the player base is large
I got this game a few days ago, almost got all the achievements!
Also keep bugging Capcom to update mvc2. Upgrading the mid and low tier characters would be so epic. Give mag, sent, storm, cable, and iron man a run for their money.
Sentinel! Still can’t believe this is real! I’m so happy since these games coming back seemed impossible
I was fortunate to have played all those games at the arcade.
So glad Capcom brought those Marvel games together again.
Marvel Super Heroes has always been my favourite,
"This was way before Thanos had them" bro at least look at the story of the game you are reviewing
Great video. Need more video like that please
And I might be alone on this but the players should of been able to fight both forms of apocalypse base and huge form

Day 63 of asking for a days of the week ranking
I was expecting the collection to have capcom vs tatsonoko, capcom vs snl 1 2 . Nonetheless i only wanted to play marvel vs capcom 2
I'm being for X-Men VS Street Fighter but in down to try the rest
They announced being on xbox one next year officially!!!!!!

How the hell are yall getting capcom to give you early copies? I do I get them to give me an early copy?? 😭

idk🤔 as somebody that likes to grind through arcade to get endings ill say mvc2 is last on my list
Even you know that's bull crap
@@daymonharris8696 well as somebody that had mvc2 for years I'm more excited about the rest of the collection just my personal preference
