    Okay i understand. What about if the question ask x(2-n) ? How can we shift this?

      The shifting (and all ther time operations) must be performed against t (or in our case n).. That means you perform time shifting to the left by 2 -> x(n+2) and after that you perform time reflextion -> x(-n+2) =x(2-n).

    Sir but in case of discrete the shifting is opposite of continuous type
