Nice video. Thanks for sharing part of the railroad world that most of us wouldn't normally see (... and in all seasons).😊
Thanks for watching!
Excellent video.
Thanks!
Excellent video Matty!
Thank you!
Love the local action... And you got some excellent footage at a prime location !!
Thanks!
Nice video with an incredible railroad terminal as a back drop!
Great stuff as usual, Matty! Your dedication is much appreciated, speaking as a fan of railroading. Kind of a shame though, to see the grand old factory and mill buildings in decay, relics from better times. Stay well sir. Cheers.
Sure thing! Small correction though, Buffalo Central Terminal is an old train station, not a factory.
Did you get any shots today of the B&P going to Orchard Park to pull out the covered hoppers? Those have been in the area for awhile. They are for hauling plastic pellets for a large facility in Pittsburgh.
Horn salute at 1: 30 ? and did that defect detector say "train too slow?"
@7:42.....it just doesn't look real...lol
The lighting, no clear sky, makes it all look like it's CG.
Always been interested in going to Buffalo do you recommend any spots in specific?
Depends on what you want to see.
Too Bad That Nobody Has The Time Or Money To Invest In Refurbishment Of The Buffalo Union Terminal But Time Will Only Tell
*Buffalo CENTRAL Terminal. There has been a restoration organization that has dumped a ton of money into the main concourse and terminal building with little to show for it. The other buildings are separately owned and continue to rot. As far as I'm concerned it's a lost cause, much like the neighborhood it's in.
