Well... a few months later, I spent over an hour to locate this video, precisely because I love to listen to her just talking with no script, letting us see what a genuine fantastic human being she was. Thank you so much Lesley! It’s only after the Coronavirus outbreak here 6 weeks ago that I’ve started discovering the wonderful world of Fightmaster Yoga from home. Now I can continuing practicing everyday knowing that I don’t need to always count on a yoga centre , and I love your positivity which is much needed during this time in Hong Kong. I didn't find the fun family noises in the back distracting at all. If anything it was a reflection of the realities on my own practice. If I'm not fielding snack requests or meditating sibling squabbles I'm practicing to a background of giggles and good natured shouts. So it felt like we really were in your home. Thanks for inviting us! :)
I LOVED this practice. I scrolled through your channel and came upon this one for today. Such a perfect counterbalance to running and lifting weights. I felt fantastic afterward.
Indy is so tall and he looks a little like you! :) It is so nice that your cats are not around when you're practicing. With my cats around, practicing yoga is a challenge! They claim the mat within seconds! hahah Thank you for this amazing practice. Did this on international yoga day and I feel great. :) Happy International day of yoga
I know comparison is not a good thing, but Yoga with Adriene has 4 million UA-cam subscribers, you should have that many or more you are an excellent teacher, honestly the best!!

I needed the reminder to turn the negatives into positives. I also love your videos and programs. I have been doing it for about 2 yrs with you and you have helped me learn to put myself first after years of being mom (17 ad 22), wife, teacher. In the process I have lost 26 lbs.!! Thanks for being my solace at the end of each evening. Keep up the amazing work.

Hi Lesley, you are as great as always, but i hope you will continue videos with voice overs, cuz your voice and instructions are so calm and soothing when not done in the movement and tension. At least for me it is one of those things that makes your classes stand out from others. But still you're the best! :)
I appreciated the more personal tone of this class and your natural breathing (to contradict another comment here I know!) but it makes it more real and engaging... Thank you x
Aaaaaah...just great! Thanks for letting us into your home. I really like the perspective and relation between you and the flowers to your left side. This time I sunk into the Ujjaye breathing, which was my red rope along the asanas. And....no...its not warm here in the southeast of Germany. But we were blessed with lots of snow and many people enjoyed being on even the lowest hills to slide on all kinds of vehicles. Big hug from Dresden!
