Thank you very much for this video! I just started taking Magnesium one week ago. I bought the one with 500mg . Just seen the word magnesium and bought it. Glad 500mg isn’t too much .Thank you!😊❤
I love magnesium. It's my miracle supplement. I have cystitis since I was a child. When I hit Peri years my cystitis flared up due to the lack of estrogen not protecting my bladder. Magnesium has helped so much for cystitis symptoms. I did not know that we needed the magnesium for calcium absorption. This would have helped my Mother during her post meno years.
Gosh your videos are always perfectly timed, I have just started taking magnesium, started about three weeks ago and I do feel better, I still wake up a couple of times in the night due to heat, but I get back to sleep quickly, it has taken me around three weeks to see the benefits. Thank you so much for the videos I look forward to Mondays now xx
That's so great to hear!! Thank you for the really kind feedback, I am so glad you find the videos valuable :) Have you tried Menoforce for the hot flushes? One tablet at dinner can really helpful with night time flushes - www.avogel.co.uk/herbal-remedies/sage-tablets-menoforce/

But I did hear taking it around bed times helps for sleep. I learned that here in fact, you have been sooooo helpful on my journey. Thank you.
Oh thank you I am so glad to hear that! Yes helpful to take them at work and night time does also help! Whatever you need in any given day. If your dose can be divided morning and night you could try doing both!
Eat foods that have Magnesium like LENTILS: the other MEAT, Better than meat matter of fact. Lentils will help you to poop which then removes toxins and the bad estrogens from our colon and voila no brain fog. I also use Real Cacao powder: 71mg of magnesium per serving. I use 2 tbls of cacao and 8 oz of Soy Milk from Silk and have healthy hot chocolate for am and noon. It's so delicious and cheap lots of magnesium there ☺ you for your tips.

Yep dark chocolate does have magnesium indeed! It can still be helpful to take a supplement as many of the food sources are lower than we think because even our soil is depleted of magnesium these days. So try a supplement too if you need some more support

Well you need magnesium to activate vitamin D, hence if you have loads of vitamin D on board, your need for magnesium will ramp up.
