Also to keep from one of your characters from being trapped in the barrier, look around the outer ledge you are on and there is a similar blue crystal you can destroy like in the previous walkway. Destroy that and whoever you have grab the mace can walk through the middle to escape and help destroy the 4 things before you all go boom! Just found it and tried it to see what happens and it worked. Destroyed them alot faster.
There's also another mechanism in that room you can target which controls the barrier, but not the Lance. Either by disabling that or using teleportation spells like Misty Step or Dimension Door, you can have whoever's in the barrier escape with the Blood of Lathander in tow. Once you've done that, you can exit though the portal, and instead of disabling the Lance just try to get as far from the temple as possible within the 4 turn span. I'm not sure if needs to make it, or quite where the safe-zone is defined, I managed to get 3 party members well away from the building with one still near the front and it still treated them as as all safe. Lae'zel will rightfully give you a major chewing out for your recklessness, even if she's decided to forswear Vlaakith.

@@moldypj o found out I have to look throughout the monastery for 3 ceremonial weapons. And you get some badass mace in the secret chamber. There should be a vid out about it now.
thats so much scuff... the jump is a bug and to jump this far you need... yeah... Just look to the other side, there is a way around easy peasy no tricks needed.

On those energy sources you can also use spell MAGIC MISSILE because it have self targeting and will fly around any object to its target.

There's a strength check if you attempt to move it without the grease, you prolly succeeded it.

I tried and it didn't work. But i used by weapon to hit it and it moved eventually.
I wonder if igniting the grease was an attack that broke it for me. My first attempt I had my fire staff on and it ignited the grease.
