Don't blindly follow. Actually I have started with the DS160 form and then jump to visa application. when I come back to DS 160 form, i couldn't able to retrieve my application with the same ds160 confirmation number as session timed out.
@@sonianehra1739 so did you make the payment?! if you do so then you will have a receipt number! so now close that appointment and create new one and at the time of payment you can claim the payment!!

Hi. I am applying for B2 visa for myself and my daughter. Daughter is 21. Can she be added as dependent. When we first select the biometric on a early appointment, but later find that the interview slot is not available quickly, can we abort that appoinment. It keeps telling that the record already exists. The main thing is the problem occurs even after you close and start the new application altogether. When I try to enter My son as dependent, the error throws up. His Passport number doesn't showup basically, Only his Name shows up. No possibility of editing or deleting completely and adding newly.. Hello, yes since there will be an immigration stamp on your passport, questions may arise with regards to the recent travel. You can fill out a new form and take the both old and the new DS160 form confirmation page with you and submit it at the counter.

While applying, under visa option I selected student and visa type F1, however on the next page I am not able to see Exchange Visitor Number field. I can only see DS160 number, Sevis number, university name, and university zip code fields.

Hello, yes since there will be an immigration stamp on your passport, questions may arise with regards to the recent travel. You can fill out a new form and take the both old and the new DS160 form confirmation page with you and submit it at the counter.
