Thanks Eli taking us with you to know Rassia! We love You!!!
Eli!!! Wow!!! What a fascinating and beautiful video! Thank you so much for sharing! 💐👏🤩✌🏻🫶
Very nice video, Eli! As always. It strikes me how Nenets language sounds like Native American language. Very interesting
It is a Uralic language which shares the same origin as Finnish, Estonian and Hungarian
My native language is Spanish (Castellano), and I am learnig Russian and, second Italian... and just a bit of Latin, helps me with my Italian😅
Good luck with the Russian language! It's difficult.
Hi Eli!Thank you to take me to places like this.
ох вау, так круто
вкусная еда ❤
Спасибо
ha puppy is quick for ice cream when there's food pup is crafty 😊
Yet another awesome and informmative video Eli spasiba..
Wow listening to the native language was so mesmerizing and beautiful.
I can only have a great admiration for those peoples who live at this latitudes and in this case for the Nenet people, as life must be really difficult up there. Beautiful coloured houses!! They really help a lot to face the nasty weather conditions. Thank you very much Eli for this fantastic video.🍀💕🪻
Nah they are too close to central Russia. Delivering supplies there shouldn't be a problem. Chukotka is where the real hardcore living comes in. Generally whale hunting is banned but Russia allows to that region to keep its tradition of whale hunting because its a real beech to survive over there.
I adore your channel! I feel like as Americans, we are ignorant of so much around the world. It’s almost like we are encouraged to be that way. We all have to commit to learning about each other ❤❤ thank you for sharing!!
Wow your videos are fascinating to me! I love learning about different cultures and don’t know anywhere else on the internet where I can learn about such remote places and it’s peoples in such a beautiful and interesting way. I especially love the Russian people and surrounding nations. Thank you!❤
Greetings from Hungary. Thank you Eli for visiting our cousins. I was so happy and so sad at the same time watching this video.
You should have been our guide when I was traveling though russia !
Favorite channel. Thank you Eli. ❤
Wow, thank you!
@@ElifromRussia Your efforts helped me get through very dark times when lockdowns were required. Your love for country, adventure and optimism helped many of us survive isolation. Will always be grateful. Love to you and yours from Texas.
Yep, this was indeed a pretty sad video. I've been interested in the Finnish language, and by extension I read about other Uralic languages as well, and for me it is just sad to know some of these languages are very likely to disappear in our lifetime. I hope that in your videos you will document more of them, whenever you have the occasion. Thank you for this snippet of their culture and lifestyle!
Sad the closest language relatives of my language hanti and mansi also dying
There are hundreds of languages dying around the world, many with only four or five speakers left.
@@radir1657на самом деле национальные меньшинства заставляют учить свои языки. Есть свои языковые средние школы. Кроме того национальные меньшинства по закону не призывают в армию для увеличение населения.

Aisling, your name means "Dream" ... and as such you're certainly familiar with the slow death of Irish, Gaelic and Welsh! My children studied in a gaelscoil but now they get very little opportunities to keep the language alive, and for commercial reasons, there's very little original material in art, poetry and songs, to keep young people and non-Irish interested!
Tlingit means “people of the tides.”
Tlingit people live in the Pacific Coast of Canada!
They have been building Ocean going boats for 1000s of years & reportedly visited their cousins in Hawaii, New Zealand & maybe the Philippines.
wow!! it's amazing!!! I love the russian artic! I'd like go there! Greetings from Mexico City!
I love it. I am from America and getting these tours is so fun. It’s like I went myself. Someday I will visit. Probably during the coldest week.
I am learning Russian, and I watch A LOT of YT in Russian. Unfortunately, I do not know any Russian shows to watch. I am also learning Norwegian. I love seeing these people from faraway places. I hope they do not let their native tongue die. Eli, you have taught me so much over these years I've been watching. I will be eternally grateful.
