Ciągałem naczepę po takim zabiegu. Dziękuję bardzo. Z lewej strony opony darła i nie dało się nią zjechać z ronda żeby na krawężnik nie najechać. Niby prosto jechała a jednak coś było z nią nie tak. Szef jak kiedyś w rajke próbował wjechać na bazie to dwóch mechaników go naprowadzało. W końcu poszła do Afryki.
Po naprawie należy sprawdzić wyrównanie wszystkich osi. Do takich napraw niezbędny jest sprzęt pomiarowy.

Обычно за эту работу никто не берется.
Или берутся бракоделы, отрезают раму кусками и сваривают ее потом электросваркой трансформаторной,в зазоры подкладывают старые электроды и проволоку с помойки, зачищают аккуратно, кладут гравитекс и готово.
Но с вашим стендом и оборудованием одно удовольствие!
На примере этого видео , вы многим показали что такое профессиональный ремонт высотонажных грузовиков , на деле!
А кто с этим сталкивался сам, знает что именно так должен быть ремонт!
Если не работать на Дядю , а сам на себя такая работа , как на видео стоит от 1500---10.0000 тысяч долларов.

Прослабление металла будет точно. Жесткость не та. Почти все компенсирует усилитель рамы дополнительный из швеллеров. Машина дальше сможет работать, только тоннаж немного меньше будет. Всё норм. Обычный незаводской ремонт. Парни молодцы, есть кому работать👍. Уважаю хороший труд .💪👍.

Wow,that is so amazingly impressive. I’ve never seen a truck frame turned from a pretzel to straight before. Just amazing!
It may look straight and strong as before, but I wonder is it really. Every bend in that structure is made with a reason and when its structure is compromised and bent back I wonder how strong is that. Also is it really worth it instead of buying a new frame which is guaranteed to be strong and straight.

It is impossible to replace the car frame with another one. The vehicle's VIN number is stamped on the frame. The number is stamped by the manufacturer. It is forbidden to perform this procedure on your own. The car cannot be registered with the state authorities. That is why the damaged frame is being repaired.
Of course, the rigidity of the frame is reduced. But within acceptable limits. With proper maintenance of the car after repair, nothing will happen to it. The frame will last as long as the one that has not been repaired. It's all time-tested. Otherwise, no one would be engaged in such repairs.

If you going that far of a tear down, just re-rail the damn thing. Rails are expensive yes, but the labor cost and down time for that extensive of bends is prob more, not to mention structural integrity.

Your answer should tell you something, and that is you’re not charging enough. This should be a rail replacement.

This is so impressive. How do you know exactly where curved frame rails should be in measurement? Is it just a guess and measuring by common sense? Or does the manufacture give out frame specifications? This is amazing. I wonder if USA has a frame shop like this nowadays. I bet usa just buys a new frame when this happens. Amazing 👏🏼

You can’t buy a new one because the VIN number of the car was stuffed on the frame

Усилить раму и нагрузить побольше мозгов много не надо. В первую очередь надо думать, как это потом остановить. В Дагестане и пружины любят отпиливать на белых Приорах

не всегда отремонтированные рамы используются в последующем для восстановления автомобиля.
Отремонтированную раму можно использовать для вырезания из нее частей, которые будут использоваться как усиливающая конструкция другой рамы. Вариантов много.
