My GF use to watch ASMR to sleep and i never really got the desired effect from it. Until i watched this. This is soooo good it's relaxing, makes me not think of what i am feeling just pull my mind to the sounds and words. I tried looking for the cosmic barber that influenced this type of relaxation but the sounds of car and bikes just get in the way. Love your video and thanks for this.
Have you investigated medicinal cannabis as a way to mediate symptoms? Personally, I love to smoke and listen to ASMR--the best way to get my mind to stop running after a long day. However, I know there are alternatives like CBD oil which is easy to ingest and good for sleep. Wish you all the best man!
