I'm glad I have little Poland next town over. They do all the work and all I have to do is pay for the Paczki😁

I've never seen a food processor anything like this one before! Would I use the plastic or metal blade in a Cuisinart food processor? Thank you!

It's called Thermomix, it's quite popular in Poland. I'd use a plastic blade!

I was waiting for it. I was always told by my Mom that The Paczki had whiskey in it. Cannot find the ones she grew up with that my Great Grandmother made. More of a stiffer dough. All the stores around where I live just sell regular filled donuts. Not true paczki. I have PTO days. Can I stay with you? I will do the dishes!

Haha :). Thanks for your comment! Whiskey was probably added for the same reason I am adding vodka/vinegar. That prevent the dough from absorbing fat when frying :).

Fifteen egg yokes! Oh no, 2/2023 that’s like gold! In USA eggs can be as high as $12.00 a dozen, what happened to my America?

Wow, that's so expensive! Organic eggs are like 30 cents pp here in Poland.
