garanteed if i tried making this at home i'd end up with chunky milk from the eggs cooking, because I put in the hot milk over the eggs....

Who have to do it with small quantity first to condition the eggs and then you can pour the entire hot milk

Why not just make a big batch of caramel and pour over the bread? Seems like unnecessary added time for a lesser result... burnt sugar never taste good!
I love the taste of lightly burnt sugar. When the caramel goes quite nutty and dark. Think flan.

I wish they would stop filming these ASMR style. It's making me gag when I think about how food is made. No one even liked ultra high-def, close up sounds like these until the internet told them they did. A paintbrush on canvas? Sure. Liquid plopping into a bowl and/or itself over and over again? Disgusting. Dough stretching, smacking, and being creamed? Please stop.

Hey, someone who isn't a fan of certain ASMR genres, yknow what is REALLY helpful to me when a video has sound that I don't like and the audio isn't important, like in a documentary?
