If she was so upset over shooting Mr. Jean, why wasn't she crying at the final few sentences of this closing argument?
If she was truly remorseful, her head would have been in her hands and she would have been sobbing out of control. 'Saying I'm sorry. I thought it was my apartment.'
She's sitting there totally in control. Why wasn't she in control on that day. Making basic observations to see that she wasn't on the right floor?

Channel Fiend I suppose an African American male triggered more fear in her, than spending the rest of her natural life in prison. I can assure you, if she had identified herself as a police officer, Botham would be alive and kicking, but instead, he is rotting six-feet under. He was murdered because of pride and prejudice. Nothing more or less. She is a muderous!

That's what residents said. It's funny while this crime was taking place several people were filming including neighbors of Bo and none of them made the witness stand. Two residents said on social media they heard her banging on the door and none of the people made it to trial. A woman was threatened by law enforcement and lost her job. Follow Yvette Carnal, she interviewed her and it was also on Phils Advise Show .

Mr Defense lawyer, IT WASN'T HER APARTMENT!!!! Botham-Jean did NOTHING wrong, Guyer did EVERYTHING wrong, (before, during, and after the shooting) yet she is being painted (by her defense attorney) as some type of mistaken victim of robbery. Unbelievable. SMH. She is negligent and instead of her taking responsibility and pleading, she is playing the "I was afraid of the big black man" card. You are a police officer, trained to be disciplined in high stress situations. Domestic violence victims have been sent to prison for killing/shooting their spouses even though there were confirmed records of abuse, all because they viewed the person with the gun as being in control of the situation. It did not matter how scared they were.

When she saw that the door was open, she didn't know how many intruders were inside "the" apartment. That's why protocol, which is what she broke, is to fall back and call for back up. Obvious mistakes that she should have adhered to, One, on wrong floor. Two, door mat was different. Three, layout of door was different. Four, furniture was different. Five, she saw no weapon. Six, he didn't approach her, where here she was suppose to order suspect on the floor. Simply put, the obvious, it was devilish, racist, Dillon hated that killed those people praying in church in south Carolina, and she hated that black man living above her.
