I love this Polymetal Gray color! It's the perfect blend of a unique color that stands but it also gives this car a subtle presence & elegance despite it not being subtle in design or size 😂
Appreciate you going through the physical switchgear for us! I have a CX-70 PHEV Premium on its way to me this week. And although there is a relatively unnoticeable bhp deficit (323, similar to the Turbo S I6 deficit on reg unleaded gasoline, 319), the torque rated at an identical 369 lb-ft feels notably stouter in the PHEV. Other little things I appreciated you mentioning in this review: ground clearance of 8.1” (wish it was more like 8.5”). Just because SUV buyers never go off-road with their (off-road capable, mind you) vehicles, it doesn’t mean we should totally ignore a ground clearance specification. Oh, one minor “correction”: you mention a lower trim level than the Premium of the test vehicle (and of my inbound PHEV also), but the Preferred trim of CX-90 is N/A on -70 so there’s only the step up to Premium Plus, which buys access to a softer Nappa leather in jet black, red w/black and a tan/Alcantara microsuede interior. Since I wanted a lighter colored “Greige” (GREy-beIGE) leather int., I went w/ Premium.
Does the CX-70 have Remote Start? Does RS engage the heated steering wheel, rear window defroster /ext Mirrors and run the Climate controls at the preset Temps when you start it remotely.? Does the Mazda have an Auto Exit and Auto Entry feature where the steering wheel goes up and the driver's seat goes back for auto exit and vice versa when first starting the car? I ask, bc the last 6 cars I 've had (4 Infinitis and 2 Acura MDXs) that feature.
Why doesn't anyone talk about the "power adjustable" steering column. What a great feature. Why is it not available as an option with many other vehicles is a mystery.
Your recent uploads audio is muffled very bad after your first 30 seconds when you flip the camera. I think either you’re covering your phone mic partially. Hope this helps.
I like it but there is a few things I would have added. Having fog lights, duel exhaust tips, better infotainment software. Having a non touch screen on default software but touch on Carplay or Android Auto is bit confusing. I personally would rather have leather on the dash and door accents instead of the Alcantara. I wish the rear spoiler was longer with the wiper tucked.
Today saw 2 cybertruck at McDonald's. 1 grand wagoneer at Starbucks. 2 new Corvette at teriyaki wok. F350s at subway. Lunchtime ya know. Liken this one. Thumbs up review. Peace bro
They still need to improve that infotainment system, pulling the screen more forward. And certainly having it recognize all phones. Disappointing for a newly designed car. Not a fan of the split armrest either. It seems like a gimmick.
how and where is the timing belt and powertrain belt I don't want the car if u have to take out the motor to change a part no no no. i care about a vehicle not in the shop all the time for minor that turn into major even when I keep up all the maintenance and follow thew rule from the owner's manual
This vehicle has a timing chain, they last 200k plus. The ac belt and water pump belt are in front of the car this car will need anything engine related repair for at least 100k then that is the plugs which are on the top of the engine
@@denk25143 if you already watched the toyota nuts review,, you shouldnt be asking that questions. Personally,, i wouldnt worry about the timing chain. I had seven different cars,, toyota's and mazda's. Never needed a chain replacement.
Best and most accurate review I've seen so far. I know because I've got nearly 1,700 miles on my rhodium white CX-70 Turbo S Premium ☺

The best review I have ever seen, great job! Love the detail you go into.
Mazda makes very good vehicles. Great review as always. Greetings
Oh my, I love this SUV & I buy this one day.
Awesome job as always. Very informative when going over nooks and crannies of the car reviews. A+++
Well done! Very good presentation of the vehicle!

Marvelous job Kenny.
Why is the check engine light on?
YES . . do a Cyber Truck . . just so I can see what they are like ( I really don't like the look . . YET )

I put this on my short list of future vehicles
Just got it based on this review
Let's get into the video 😊

The Turbo S Premium has the 360° camera!!! No need to upgrade to the Premium Plus!!!

Beautiful in and out, looks much better than x5 gv80 imo
Can the cargo cover of a CX-90 cover the same area as the CX-70? For me, that would be the biggest consideration when comparing the two.
Check engine light is on at 27:32 ?
Battery was dead when he got it if you watched the whole video he’s says that
Does the driver door also open full 90 degrees?
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Is it REALLY 5.6 Zero to Sixty. ??? Respectfully I would buy it if so. But I have heard conflicting numbers, that is impressive .
I wonder how's the reliability in this car? If its like toyota or honda then ill buy it next year.
All records show they are AT LEAST as reliable as those two are.

Nice man
To many of us the CX90 looks better due to the chrome trim and is more practical due to having a 3rd row which when folded down is basically the CX70.
The CX70 is basically the CX90 with the 3rd row removed. They put zero effort into making a new model. They didn’t even remove the cup holders.
30:56 ... and engine light is on... sure
I did not see the CEL on?
Power figures on regular are 321hp/369lb-ft.
10/1/2024 - end of year: $1500 Mazda cash incentive on the CX70 Turbo S Premium modell reviewed.
The check engine light is a little worrying
Ayy you're from NOVA! Ask him how much he can get this out the door for me :) jeje

Not a fan of the split armrest either. It seems like a gimmick.
The problem with these is towing capacity.
I agree towing cap is pretty low sadly
5000 lbs……..
Nobody asking about the engine light on ...... staring at you ....
Do the cyber truck
Yes, more reliable & much cheaper maintenance 😂
56,000 dollars with no locking glove box is just wrong. I still love Mazda as I will be getting my CX 30 Carbon Edition next week.
😂check engine
pops up when any maintenance function (including a scheduled oil change) is triggered. they probably haven't configured the interval yet.

You should ask to toyota nut guy😅.

Just get the CX-90 and keep the seats down. It will be better for resale down the line. It’s not like this is way cheaper. Silliness Mazda.
Cx 90 still better
