SPEAKING FIRST - Lessons and exercises only when it is needed:
Toni lives in Tours, France, in the Loire Valley (near Amboise, Chenonceaux castles). This region is deemed to be the location where people speak French without accent. He has had excellent results in face-to-face training. He is talkative but he needs to listen to you to help you speak French better. He can help you in writing too but the videoconference mode is more useful for conversations that can be corrected. If he spots some more important weaknesses in your sentences, he can help you through exercises, or lecture-type courses, but the conversation mode is a good opportunity to make progress especially in fluency and pronunciation.
You may be shy when chatting in French as a foreign language. As soon as Toni speaks, you will forget that you are supposed to be shy. Everything will become normal. Remember that even the French make mistakes. So, do not fear making mistakes or errors. Those mistakes will help Toni to give you other opportunities - while talking - to avoid those mistakes. If he feels some errors are more serious or repeatedly made, he will give customised exercises. He can recycle lessons or exercises, but he is used to making exercises for one person only. This method aims at fitting the activity to your needs. It is a sort of coaching which is personal. Thanks to this flexible face-to-face process you can save time and money. You could be speaking fluently in just a few hours depending on your initial level. Actually, if you changed the way you speak, you could well behave as a French-speaking person, even as a Frenchman or Frenchwoman. By listening to his voice, you will reproduce some French without Canadian accent, southern or northeastern French accent, or any other accent. You can do it, but you need to speak as often as possible.
