Thanks so much I appreciate you! I always show a variety of builders, not just one. This video actually has 2 different builders. Prices have remained pretty steady for the most part in recent months.
Know of any such neighborhood/city areas about an hour outside of Miami that would have the same value in home quality for roughly the same price range?
Price are okay but if need to go shopping there's nothing around that's out in the sticks, I some people like to live out in the wilderness but if you're retired not good not my taste buddy.
AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! Layout for house number one and two. Grand views of the master bed and the family bathroom (Toilet and bathtub!!) from the great room. Someone needs to go back to house design school. Truly an inferior design. House number three allows visitors to peek into the family bathroom from the front door!! No! No! No! House number 4's design is definitely an improvement, but it still has issues.

Publix, Walmart, restaurants nearby. They’re building a Target and an Aldi right now.
