Now why do rowers do a hand over hand pattern when rowing and don’t change which hand is on top of each stroke

Thanks but the camera on the hand (instead of the oar) & with slow mo would have been more helpful

The entire video shows the entire hand motion on the handle and the way the oar blade looks as well.
