@C.Chandler_May… 😄I agree … such a wonderful result in all the hard work Ariel has put in through these years. And, “yes” on seeing her in a big kitchen. Makes looking forward to her new kitchen in their new house fun….😉
Ariel, every video you add something wonderful to your skill sets. The explanation is appreciated. Thank you…from an old fan, retired in the east Tennessee foothills of the Smokies. P.S. Right out of the oven, hot bread, requires butter and a taste test. I’m the official taste tester…😊
Hi there. Your channel came across my feed. These rolls look fantastic but I cannot see the recipe clearly (tried to screenshot it - stayed blurry) and don't want to have to re-watch the video multiple times to make them. Could you add the recipe to a pinned comment or to your drop down information section of this video? Thanks.
Lovely to see that you have time to make cooking videos again. I also prefer whole wheat, and I used to make my bread without any white flour, using a little bit of gluten flour to give the good rise and texture that white flour gives. I think Azure Standard sells organic gluten flour - you only use a tiny bit and it lets you make really good 100% ww bread.
Ariel, I've been following you since the beginning. Love that you're doing an original recipe. Problem is, I'm old and cannot get a clear screenshot of the recipe. Because I'm also new at Baking I need to follow amounts close. Could you put a clear pic of recipe or written on next upload. Keep up the great work. Love watching genuine people.
🥖 Thank you for your bread making video. It is so difficult to purchase bread without all the preservatives and dough conditioners, and, and, and, and. I have not thought of putting water on the parchment paper. I crumble mine into a ball and un-ball it and it lays flat without the acrobatics. The first time my husband saw me do this, he exclaimed in a loud voice, “What are you doing?” Thought I was throwing it away. Thank you and blessings to you and Clint.
These look so yummy. I love yeast rolls, but heaven been able to eat them for years due to a gluten allergy. Have you ever tried gluten free flour? If so, do you have any suggestions? Thank you!
You said you are going to freeze some, wondering if u have any tips on freezing?? I tried many times to freeze different kinds of breads and they are always dried out or end up mushy! After thaw
4 Tablespoons of yeast and it still comes out looking like soda bread… Whaaaaaaaaaat?! Also, and this is meant to be constructive… it’s fine to show your grain mill and the process, it was the right length of video and explanation, but, you could trim a good 15 minutes off this video simply by measuring everything out before you start recording. Which would leave you more time to engage with other aspects of this recipe (from your mom, ingredient choices, process decisions, etc). It comes across clumsy. Also, I must admit, I laughed at the size of this batch in that kitchen aide before you mentioned it… good lord, you can tell when recipes were written before these things were on every countertop. I’d probably have chosen to demonstrate on a halved version of this recipe.
Nice Rolls! Maybe I'll try it sometime.
What a life you've created. Bravo! So weird to see you in a big kitchen.

Sorry, I meant Clay, not Clint. 🫢

You said you are going to freeze some, wondering if u have any tips on freezing??

Please please add the recipe...my snap was terrible.
I notice you dont store your flour in containers. Your always pouring out of the bag. Is there reasoning for that.
