Dear iMAT! Thank you for the Video and for voicing my concerns! I like this watch, it's the only instance of all that I had that shows the weather correctly, although the interface is unsuccessful, HK 8 pro max - I threw it outside, they overestimated the weather by 20 degrees, it was difficult to talk to the watch, but Hello Watch 3 plus won this :) :):)!!!!!
I don't know if this problem is just my watch, when I open the photo gallery, the first photos are displayed well but when I get to the end of the photos, the last photos are "mixed" with the first ones.

Hello @ iMAT can you please check that we cannot put more than 28-30 songs in the Hello Watch 3+ even though there is enough memory remaining. I am using Samsung mobile to upload the music file in the watch.

Sorry just me with the video update and the custom whatcface, despite the same settings and black screen (turns on only when you rotate your wrist) it consumes 5% of my battery in just 2 hours??? Thanks

yes you can, but you need a day or two to send an mp3 album on this watch, this function its a joke!

I don't know, but I have an android model S21 ultra and when I connect the watch and leave and then come back, I often see a message that it can't be connected to the watch and the BT icon keeps flashing once they are connected then not again what else I noticed is this is the first watch from Samsung they also show the battery status on the widget, and I know from that, since it often disappears and reappears, that the watch probably has a problem.

U can do it on the “Me” section under “suggestions and feedback “ but good luck, they dont seem to care. I sent message when my watch bricked, even tho ask for your email address theres no response 😒

I updated mine and it froze on the always on display screen I’m waiting until it dies to see if it will be fixed
Try pressing all buttons until it powers off
☝️☝️☝️☝️ This... Also, try that advice while holding the watch to its charger... When I had my HK8 Ultra freeze (fully bIack screen, and no response from the buttons) although I knew the battery was still almost fully charged, I held it to the charger on the hunch that the watch would have to acknowledge the charge and display that charging/night light screen, and, that did indeed make the watch come on, as if it had been completely powered down...

Forget any hope for the normal Hello Watch 3. The best thing you can do is manually update it to the hello watch 3+ firmware

Js is a clone of the hello watch 3plus. Hw3plus is still the latest and best one out there

Given the things which haven't been corrected with this software update (and things like the sensors not being as reliable as before), I'm wondering if there may have been a change in the software team, or, if the factory might be more focussed on working on a Hello Watch 4... 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
I'm very much reminded of Star Trek Online, where quite often, when they release new content, often in the patch notes, 'known issues' will be mentioned which relate to aspects of the new content (even prior to release, they *know* it isn't working 100%), and sometimes, after the release, there will be a day or two (sometimes three 😶😶😶😶) of 'emergency maintenance' where they try and fix those issues... I guess in both instances, the issue is the software/coding... 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

I uninstalled QiFit Pro and reinstalled it but nothing happens? I also removed developer mode and put it back in developer mode but nothing happens, I can't do an update. It remains on version 4.00.16_231218 ?
