I have updated my watch today to 4.10.31_240129. There is a huge BUG in this new software. After you update the watch it is not possible to change the watchface any more in the watch. The lock sign dissapeared and you cannot change the watchfaces.
After half day there is a new sw update. 4.10.32_240130. The menioned BUG solved. The change of the watchface is working again. The developers deleted the watchface lock function.

@@danieljezza Not sure. But the editable watch faces is a big deal. Just like the real thing you can pick and choose how you want your watch faces to look like and what you could access within it. 3 or 4 watch faces. Now if they could fix the compass, and make a better screen lock like the JS Hello Watch+, so the watch face remains, even when it is touched, or the buttons pressed this watch will be something exceptional. Better than the JS Hello Watch+.
Mine reset by itself twice since the update maybe a bug?
@@danieljezza there’s another update available. If you haven’t done the newest update, don’t update. It screws up the on screen heart rate counter. It removes the heartbeat numbers. I wish there was a feature to undo the latest update. This watch was arguably the best clone for one day!!! This new update screwed it up.
Hello watch dropped the ball they had a chance to make a good watch but they have failed ,get the JS 3+or the HK9 2
As I mentioned in my review, if they send updates to JS Hello 3+ to make it bug free, then it’s totally better than the original HW3+

@@atthurvanegmond9915 Did it using my PC, I’m on iOS so I didn’t need to root, I believe IMAT posted a video about this excact process, it’s a bit of a hassle but it’s worth it since the original HW3 is basically abandoned

Looks like they have an slow, lousy and inefficient developer team. They may have talent, but lack organization.
This update is intended to copy the apple watch ultra. I think hello watch 3 plus need to fix is the transition because not so smooth like in apple ultra. I really like the update because they copied all the looks of apple.

Why am I not getting this update notification in my hello watch 3?
It's in version 4.00.21. Last month, I have installed DFU upgrades using Charles tool.

From today the scroll is not working for me at all. It is working when I press it, but it is not working when I rotate it. Is there any idea or solution? Maybe it is a hardware problem with the scroll button itself.

I also think it's an advantage, at🎉 least when you have a dial and turn the wheel, the widgets don't appear, that is, random widgets, if you want them, just press the wheel and turn it up and then they will appear or just turn the wheel faster and it will display the widget when it's slow, it doesn't respond, maybe protection against accidental switching I like it if it's bad, it doesn't respond at all even in the menu..
