Hi Kaz. Thanks. Key limes are smaller than the more common limes, so you need more to make up the amount of juice needed. They are also known as Acid Lime, and originate from Asia. The name Key Lime is probably from the Florida Keys where they grow a lot. They aren't available anywhere that I have seen in the UK. Apparently the flavour profile is slightly different to the more commonly available limes.
