  • Check out this video if you’re having issues with your mws not chambering/loading bb’s correctly, or the bolt is jamming up.
    I show a quick fix for your nozzle if thr bb pickup arm gets bent, as well as explore a possible root cause to the issue and a way to fix it.
    Note: Ive heard a good makeshift bondo material for shimming the upper receiver lip is to mix baking soda and super glue. Haven’t tried but worth a shot!

    This is happening on my stock MWS, happy you posted this man I was going crazy troubleshooting.

      Hope it helps. Overloaded mags can cause premature wear on the loading arm too, so not over stuffing mags is a good tip. Guns modify nozzles are thicker than stock tm nozzles and should be a bit tougher as well

    Your truck worked! I was trying to figure out why my bolt wouldn’t lock back and then my nozzle got stuck.
    Now I have yet another problem to troubleshoot but at least i can work on the gun!

    This was one the things I considered to be the jamming issue. The others were a worn down nozzle reset or a slightly larger inner diameter on the upper receiver.

      Receiver wobble can cause issues too for sure! Overloading mags can cause strain on the nozzle pickup arm as well. Guns modify nozzles seem to be a bit sturdier than stock so I recommend those as replacements

    Phew, thanks for confirming my hypothesy, thought i was going crazy for a minute. If you guys found a permanent solution for it i’d be grateful if you did a video or a clip with pics of fixes. Off to the auto parts store to get some stick epoxy to build a lip up now.

      Good luck! Check the comments below for some other possible fixes. Problem with these builds is everyone’s using different parts so it can be hard to diagnose each case.
      I will gather some more intel and add this to the list of follow up vids I’d like to make tho, thanks for the feedback

    I'm troubleshooting this issue for a couple of days already. My mind is blown, this is my first expensive purchase when it comes to airsoft and it broke after about maybe 200 bbs.
    It's just so disappointing to buy a TM and face this kind of issue.

      @@fsdffdsgfdg8295 I was a little bit angry too, but no worries mate, keep in mind that even the best companies may have occasional bloopers. Also remember that you paid for the whole gun and its just one piece that broke. What I did is I replaced the nozzle to a T8 one, and replaced the BBs to BLS/Geoffs. Japanese BBs are a little bit smaller and TM mainly targets the jp market so I thought that maybe the nozzle had problems with pushing some 5.97 bbs out of the mag. Even though sometimes bb companies state that their bbs are 5.95, tests show that it's not true, so keep that in mind too. OllieTalksAirsoft had a video about bb diameters. Another thing to check are the mag lips. Make sure they are sitting tightly in the mag, as just a little bit of play may possibly result in some inconsistencies and the nozzle having problems with picking bbs.

      Wow.. so sorry to hear that guys. Idk what to tell you I’ve never had this issue on any of my stock Marui receivers, only aftermarket kits. But I have been hearing more and more issues with first time buyers lately.. especially mtr’s. I’m starting to think something may be up in their qc lately but it’s hard to confirm.
      Nozzles are a consumable item but they should last 1000s of rounds not hundreds. One thing you can do to go easy on them is not insert a mag on a closed bolt, or don’t over fill your magazines. Too many bbs may add pressure on a closed bolt loading arm.
      I’ve never bothered with any of that however and typically have no issues, unless something else is going on like a loose barrel nut that caused the whole hop chamber to move (rare but could happen if you don’t torq properly) or 99% it’s caused from aftermarket receivers being out of spec etc.
      It’s a tough issue to diagnose the actual cause and fix sometimes, but can usually be remedied somehow.
      I’d say 99% of ppl have great results with their mws but there are random issues out there so you may just have got a lemon unfortunately.

      Easy fix, just replace with a Guns Modify nozzle which is a bit stiffer loading arm than stock anyway

    Hey I have like 1mm of wobble on the front rail, anyway i can fix this? It’s really annoying. Thanks.

    • @Wolfman_NV
      @Wolfman_NV  Рік тому

      You likely need to add some barrel shims, you can get a pack for like $5. Sometimes takes trial and error, it may feel tight when hand tightening the barrel nut, but when doing a final torque can be loose. If so just add spacers and try again. I always do final torque on the barrel nut and check for barrel wobble before installing the rail.
      For rail wobble, it may be something else, depends what rail you’re using?

    the top of the magazine is causing that issue . whats it called the bbs load into the gun from the mag. that little piece need a little more space

    • @Wolfman_NV
      @Wolfman_NV  Рік тому +2

      The feed lips? Ie they are too tall? Depending on what magazine you’re using this can cause an issue as well. However I experienced it in reverse.
      On my Hao cag 416 kit it would jam with stanags but work flawless with ace1arms PMags, and I determined the PMags feed lips sit slightly higher, so the stanags were just short enough where the loading nozzle wouldn’t strip a bb out and would jam every time. Good point thanks I’ll add that to a list of possible solutions

      @@Wolfman_NV I think I have the same problem with the lip in the upper receiver that is too thin, you think the guns modify nozzle will fix this problem ? Should I take th V2 or V3.5 ? I fixed it with some tape around the mag but it is inconsistent, sometime the tape wear out and the problem re-appears
