nice job... i've done same for my a4 8k and it works perfect.. but QUESTION: if you cover fan of this led where the heat it produces will go? i have the same cover and i don't know if this fan is made to be outside of the box or covered?
@@MiguelRPD I Used JB weld metal to plastic glue lol. I’ve heard of others using foil to give the space an adapter would. So far the glue has held up for a few months, I really didn’t expect it to. If one goes out idk what I’ll do but I’ll cross that bridge when I get there
It's unbelievably difficult to fasten the holder in Hyundai/KIA if the lamp is installed in a car. You have to take it out in order to install the H7 plastic base. Moreover, there are similar holders on the market but beware! They must have two tabs protruding in the back, so taht you'll be able to turn the base in the headlamp. Otherwise, there is nothing you can grab/push to turn the base in the lamp.

Damn it I was going to get h7 led but my Toyota avensis has too small spaces for the bulb ... I don't even think I will be able to get inside the fans... And the adapter... No way
With the disassembled headlight they are all good, this crap adapter should form a single body with the bulb otherwise you have to use other methods to mount the bulbs.
Hi, I have a problem and I'm about to give up ... I can't install the H7 LED bulbs in my vehicle (Volkswagen Passat 2012) because its connector is not like the one shown in the video. Do you know what I need to do?
Its like the bulb that's originally in there don't use an adapter it just twist and the prongs connect to power it once it's locked in. I have a 2019 passat and that's the issue I'm having
I have a Mercedes c207 and i cant pull the bulb out by any means. I have the same adapter as in the video but they just don’t want to come out. What should I do? (They have never been changed )
Finally I got the right installation for Huyndai santa fe 2014 H7, Some sellers don`t put the right video for car make.

Great Job..... Now u have 0 heat dissipation coming from the lamp, with the dust cap on...
The bulbs have fans in them to help with that

I absolutely hate H7 on my Lexus. Trying to install new LEDs take so much time especially with a needed adapter.

Mk6 Jetta...had to file the clip to fit the bulb in. My clip was square not a perfect circle as shown in the video.
are you using the housing clip from the OEM or is this an additional part on the VW install?

I glued my LEDs in the socket with JB weld glue. A week so far still holding lol.

You need an adapter, I bought LED too and can't connect it to my passat now I'm looking for an adapter

Try twisting and wiggling the bulb out. I couldn’t get it out at first on my w211 but I eventually got it.
wow .. useful video ... but so much exposed metal on all those spade connectors and the way you just shoved them in ....
