- What's up everyone!! Check out my new video on my recent trip to the Segundo! Barrio!
The Segundo Barrio, also known as the 2nd ward or south side El Paso, is one of El Paso's oldest neighborhoods.
In today's video we went to visit the legendary Barrio and showcase some of the historical buildings and the beautiful murals that can be found throughout the neighborhood.
With this video I wanted to showcase the spirit of the neighborhood and tell some of the stories associated with it.
EL Paso's heart and spirit comes from the Segundo Barrio with many of its residents being strong and loving people!

I love walking around Segundo Barrio. The history, culture and architecture are outstanding. I also love the streetcars. It's like a snapshot in time. The murals are unsurpassed. Thank you for taking us along, great video.

Great video George! Being from El Paso I always enjoy seeing this type of video. I grew up off of Alameda Ave and S. San Marcial on Pera Ave. I miss those days with all my cousins and other relatives especially my grandparents. Look forward to more videos!

That Douglass school building is now a mystery and anyone you see there will not tell you anything…..it’s weird how all the windows are painted.
some of the chemicals were deadly and were sprayed on the clothes , countless died , my grandmothers was nabbed and sprayed , she was not crossing over ass far as i know she lived in El Segundo, she died not long afterwards, she was a US citizen.
Sorry guy but you can’t even pronounce segundo Barrio You were not born there you don’t know nothing about us
