The only thing between your art and "pro" or finished art, is the paper instead of canvas. Quite honestly, you keep on nailing everything sketch I see straight off the bat. I think you are definitely more than good enough to go ahead and just "sketch" straight onto canvas and call it finished art. (No pressure). Hope you are feeling great 👍.
Right? You totally get it! It was a very weird experience… And I really did like drawing with them, but it was in my best interest to just quit instead of disregard the signs and try to ignore it. I’ve been around long enough to know it wasn’t gonna be good! Lol. I have really been wanting to do something larger and especially canvas or a wood panel. I’ve just been trying to work out how to film that part because filming on my desk is what I have the set up for. And how small my space is, I’m just not sure how I would work that out, but I’m Going to do it soon :-) I’ve actually got some very tiny wood panels. They’re like 5 x 5“, and I’m going to prime them and get used to the surface of them before I do something larger and then figure out how to film it :-) thank you for all your kind words and your support. It SUCKS butts that you can’t use alcohol markers but (drum roll please) you described the exact reason I don’t use them… they make me nauseated and give me a headache within like one moment of opening them! The fumes are tremendous in my opinion and gag me out way more than I care to handle! So you are not alone-tho I can’t say I long to inhale them so we’re different there (ya junkie lol) Omgosh you know I’m joking right!?? I do however long to sniff the bleach wipes we use at work to the point that I do think about the smell randomly (who’s the JUNKIE, now, eh!!!😜😂🤣) I’m sorry about the decision to send back that Christmas gift but I’m mailing yours tomorrow so you should have a new gift shortly to play with!
