Well, you broke that down very simply. Thank you for sharing the process. I lost the PTO side piston twice since a complete rebuild on my 600 SDI, should have done this test while the engine was out.
Thanks for your kind reply. Yes a leak down(especially on a 2 stroke is a MUST) everyone worries about the compression test #’s but a leak free engine is the true test of an engine build.

Not sure why you dont need to close off oiling ports they go straight into the bottom end!
