We usually add it on soup. I don't recommend adding it to Ceasars salad . Boiling will remove the bitterness and grassy smell. You add mallungay(moringga) at the end of your veges once they're fully cooked. Don't cover the pot so it stays green and to avoid it turning to brown or else it smells different.
