  • If you are having issues with the bike cutting out periodically while you are driving and then coming back on your Lean ANgle Sensor might be the culprit.
The problem usually happens while cruising at a sustained speed and the Lean Angle Sensor (LAS) vibrates and finally moves enough to turn the bike off. Once the bike is off the LAS calms down and the bike comes back on.
In this video I discuss how to remove the LAS and how to glue the pendulum in place so it wont work anymore. Of course I recommend to buy a new LAS but this will get you by.
The following link will be useful also discussing the same thing.

This part fits many bikes not just the warrior. The part number is 5PS-82576-01-00
    Off hand I know it fits Roadliner, Stratoliner, stryker, V-star, V Max, WR250R, R1, R6, FJR, FZ1, FZ09, FZ07, FZ6 and FZ8.

Just disconnect it and build a voltage divider across the loom plug pins by putting a 1kohm resistor across positive and sense wire (Grey/Red and Yellow/Green on my Yamaha) and a 250ohm across negative and sensor wire (Grey/Black and Yellow/Green on my Yamaha). DISCLAIMER: Do this at your own risk but worked for me

At 80 mph my Warrior sputters like it wants to cut off..could this be the problem?

I would almost promise its the problem. Its not a difficult to either change the part or glue the pendulum so it wont move

@@johnnyblaze2257 No problem! If that doesnt fix it, Iwould be surprised if it doesnt, its probably your Crank Position Sensor. Thats a little more involved to fix but not a biggie.
