The weddings look exactly like the ones we have fiji.
Our favs are Aloo mattar baigun, thats potato, peas and eggplant/aubergine curry with puri and tamarind/emli chutney.

Chef Dev isn’t Trini, so the whole statement of “You curry the mango or mango the curry,” doesn’t correlate with him. We Guyanese call it HOW we want, WHEN we want and WHENEVER we want to.
