Muslim police, it's not when you die, the verse is referring to the judgement day, you're wrong mate. Turns white is a literal translation, the original meaning is faces of people with good deeds will be full of light and joy, the opposite for people with bad deeds will be dark with sadness, shame and regret, you're wrong, again :-) Keep searching, you're close to become a Muslim
Quran (33:50) - "O Prophet! We have made lawful to thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and those (slaves) whom thy right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom Allah has assigned to thee" This is one of several personal-sounding verses "from Allah" narrated by Muhammad - in this case allowing a virtually unlimited supply of sex partners. Other Muslims are restricted to four wives, but they may also have sex with any number of slaves, following the example of their prophet. Quran (23:5-6) - "..who abstain from sex, except with those joined to them in the marriage bond, or (the captives) whom their right hands possess..." This verse permits the slave-owner to have sex with his slaves. See also Quran (70:29-30). The Quran is a small book, so if Allah used valuable space to repeat the same point four times, sex slavery must be very important to him. He was relatively reticent on matters of human compassion and love. Quran (4:24) - "And all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess." Even sex with married slaves is permissible. Quran (8:69) - "But (now) enjoy what ye took in war, lawful and good" A reference to war booty, of which slaves were a part. The Muslim slave master may enjoy his "catch" because (according to verse 71) "Allah gave you mastery over them." Quran (24:32) - "And marry those among you who are single and those who are fit among your male slaves and your female slaves..." Breeding slaves based on fitness. Quran (2:178) - "O ye who believe! Retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the murdered; the freeman for the freeman, and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female." The message of this verse, which prescribes the rules of retaliation for murder, is that all humans are not created equal. The human value of a slave is less than that of a free person (and a woman's worth is also distinguished from that of a man). Quran (16:75) - "Allah sets forth the Parable (of two men: one) a slave under the dominion of another; He has no power of any sort; and (the other) a man on whom We have bestowed goodly favours from Ourselves, and he spends thereof (freely), privately and publicly: are the two equal? (By no means;) praise be to Allah.' Yet another confirmation that the slave is is not equal to the master. In this case, it is plain that the slave owes his status to Allah's will. (According to 16:71, the owner should be careful about insulting Allah by bestowing Allah's gifts on slaves - those whom the god of Islam has not favored).
I'm a 'white' Muslim & relate so much to what you're saying. I get nearly all of these comments exactly the same. I find it kind of sad that there are some other Muslims who think Islam is restricted to certain ethnicities. It also makes me shy as a Muslim because I have to face so much constant questioning & explaining myself, it's exhausting. Earlier this year during Ramadan there were 2 colleagues at work who were laughing at me, making fun of me & saying they don't believe me that I'm a Muslim or fasting. Alhamdulillah I'm out of that situation now. I try not to see people as black/white/Indian/Arab/Chinese etc, I just try to think of us all as human, and we all originate from the same source. I think it's great to learn about different cultures (especially the food! 😜) but it shouldn't divide us. All of us are mixed ethnicity to some extent anyway. I did a genetic test & found that I'm actually less than 50% white British. I also think the differentiation between 'born muslims' & 'converts' is not really right...we are all born as Muslims & later we all choose to practise Islam or not. Peace sister 💕 subscribed 👍🏼
Nomad314 wow, I couldn't agree with you more, your spot on, I pray that Allah guides us all that one day we will get rid of this discrimination and just be as one true ummah, ameen. By the way, welcome to the family sis. XxX
Nomad314 The food bit really hit home for me. As an African American ( I refuse to call myself black or say white we are humans not colors) I agree with you 100% and I have delt with this all my life. I have not met many Caucasian Muslims but I am not suprised that you face the same prejudices as I do.
(49:13) O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.
Nomad and Nafisa, I'm sorry for you guys. Islam is clear about the "privilege" if you wish, it only goes to Muslims woth higher piuty, not white, brown, dark, Arabs, Saudi, no. In fact, humans are gathered for judgement day on the state they died at, imagine someone who found Islam just a month before they died, yet they died in sujood. They can be better than someone who lived 90 years as a Muslim then lost it just before their end. It's true we were all naturally born Muslims, please, I'm an Arab, please don't be upset as some Arabs translate questions to English then it doesn't help. Sorry again.
why on earth would a black person be a Muslim? Islamic doctrine is littered with hate towards blacks. Here is what Prophet Muhammad thought of black's. The apostle [Muhammad] said, “Whoever wants to see Satan let him take a look at Nabtal b. al-Harith!” He was a sturdy black man with long flowing hair, inflamed eyes, and dark ruddy cheeks.” - The Life of Muhammad, pg. 243. Salam sister.... I'm latina white Muslim , and for Me the stupid questions from people is , if I'm Arab just because I wear hijab, or others people tell me why if I'm latina I'm muslimah . Is a lot of ignorance in this planet wallahe. Kisses sister hope you good .... inshallah alkhyr
Frances Arroyo walaikumsalam, I guess it's an issue with any minority Muslim population. Yes there are ignorant people out there but inshallah we can better inform them. I'm good alhamdulilah, hope you are too.
Sorry to ask but do you people know the meaning of the word racism? Is Islam a race or religion? You're not facing racism. Neither are you facing islamophobia. The West is trying to prevent Islamofascism. Nobody wants shariah law.
Salam alakum ukhti, I was born in America I am a black Muslimah Subahanallah my parents gave us all Muslim names at birth before I knew anything about Islam. I married a Palestinian Muslim and reside in Jerusalem now. And I find it very funny how many stares and head turns we get while in public from other Muslims. It’s sad that we that follow the religion that came to free the slaves of the world see it as strange that an Arab is with a black. Especially in the holy land where our brothers and sisters experience racism on a daily basis from the Israelis. Ya Allah guide us all !
islam2ful subhallah, the experiences you all are telling me about is just so sad. May Allah truely guide us all. Ameen. Keep strong sis, Allah is with you. X
I am so sorry you went through all of that. As an African American Muslim, I have experienced so much prejudice from in the community as well. Some Arabs see me and don't speak, which is fine. My mom explained that there are some people who feel the way they do and if they don't accept you, it's their problem. At a restaurant, someone put bacon on my sandwich, which I didn't even request. Racism and prejudice runs deep. It's just sad. Many of my teachers treated me horrible growing up. It's sickening.
@@shimmer4771 I am really sorry for you and the other sister and I hope Allah make it easy for you and keep you steady on islam . Coming from a muslim arab.
I am really sorry for you, but also keep in mind that as arabs alot of the time we stare at people who look foreign because we are mostly curious not necessarily because we have bad feelings towards you
As'Salamu Alaykum Dear Sister. Thank you for this video. As an African American Muslim I get some of the same questions and many more. As long as the person is not disrespectful I answer the questions of others because that's how we learn from one another. Many times people will thank me and say that I'm the only Muslim that they had the chance to speak with. Jazak Allah Khair for sharing.
SheLearnsLife I had this guy the other day who kept asking me about Hindu God's, I tried my hardest to explain that being a Muslim and being a Hindu are two totally different things. I still don't think he got it but he was very nice and thanked me for my time. 😁

I'm half Black and half Dominican I get these questions all the time. Ppl will ask me if I'm Muslim if I'm from Morocco or Bangladesh they'll ask me why I'm Muslim if I'm black and Dominican it's crazy. But Alhumdulillah I'm proud of my Deen and who I am so I always keep it real and politely answer the questions.
I've never experienced racism from fellow Muslims but I know it happens and it seriously makes my blood boil!! The worst is racism disguised as culture. When will we rise above this mentality?!!
@@NafisasPearlz Nafisa, sweetheart please know that saying Ameen to your own dua is an innovation. We can say it after some one else’s dua though. The holy prophet (pbuh) never said Ameen after any of his Duas. And Allah knows best. ❤️❤️
My dear sister i love you for the sake of Allah. You are gorgeous, funny and with a shiny soul. With Allah's permission, please be my neighbour in Jannah. 😄
Assalamu alaikum sister. As a white born muslim, from muslim parents and so on, in a muslim majority country, I have to admit that all the questions you get asked as a black muslim can be applied to us too. First of, the ''you don't look muslim'' then ''are you Turkish?'' then ''are you a convert?'' questions and also for example almost every muslim artist who draws muslim men and women on instagram never includes white muslims with blonde or light brown hair, blue and green eyes. Even if they do include a white muslim in their drawings they portray him/her as a convert. Then there are these annoying "white people vs muslims" posts on social media. Please don't get me wrong, I don't want to hate on nonwhite muslims but we as an ummah have to stay togerher and not look at eachother's skin color to measure our imaan. Everyone is beautiful in their own way since we were all created by Allah swt and islam is a religion for everyone
Nidzi 96 wow, I couldn't have agreed more with you on this one, it's really heartbreaking to hear your experiences. It's definitely not one race against another and non of us are judged by Allah based on our skin tone. I left a very stern message on the description box of this video, read it inshallah. May Allah help us to be truely one ummah as Allah intends it to be, ameen. Thanks for sharing at least Inshallah others will see this too and reflect and change their actions for the better.
Nidzara K Don't worry about what people say. As long as you are a Muslim and you worship Allah and follow Muhammad (SAW) than your race should not be a setback for you. Islam is a religion, not a race and we as a Muslim Ummah should come together and see past our different colours.
Are u serious?? The only true Muslims are brown skin. Not white or black. You seriously want artists to draw Muslims white /black to blackwash & whitwash Arabian CULTURE? I don't think so! We arabs are Olive complexion (light brown skin , tan, to a brown Complexion.) PERIOD.
I've had people genuinely baffled as to how I'm Muslim and Nigerian (eventho over 50% of the population is Muslim) 😂 I just laugh it off for the most part
@NOISLAMONAZIS DOTCOM Thanks for asking about our religion. Give me a Quranic verse that supports racism. Back in the day a lot Muhummed's (peace be upon him) enemies would make up Hadiths to gain their control back. Muhummed (peace be upon him) chose Bilal (as) to perform the call to prayer Mash'Allah. Out of everyone, Bilal (as) a black man was chosen to perform the call to prayer. This was a smart choice, because during that time people judged coloured people as lower class. Muhummed (peace be upon him) wanted to shift this barbaric mindset.
@@sairaailia8691 -islam is many books. Of the many books in islam the Quran is the religious book and so, therefore, Islam is a political doctrine and only slightly a religion. A fascist political doctrine to be exact.

And some will even ask if am a convert more annoying, people forget that islam is not only for people from middle east its for everyone.
I work in a hospital, wear a hijab, and every now and then the patient would ask if I'm Muslim. It's purposely asked, it's very obvious. But some responds would also be, I'm Muslim too! lol

Assalamu alaikum I‘m a white European convert and the moste time people think that I’m from Europe , also in me country . The think I can’t steak german ( I’m from Austria ) , this Mel’s me so often sad . Or the say you “only convert because of me husband “( I’m single ) . I hate that so many people thing that women only convert for a man and not because the believe in Allah . In shaa Allah this will change in the Future ,
We aljkumu salam.
@Julian Clarke Wow you write a essay. Since your Hebrew Isrealite...maybe you should visit Isreal and see how they treat black people. Racism is in every religion.
I also have to tell Muslims here in UAE that Islam came first before Christianity in the Philippines, so my ancestors have been Muslim for more than 400 years. ..They will ask me though I'm wearing hijab.
Arab is not a race either technically. Arab is refered to anyone who can speak the language since pre Islamic times. An Arab is anyone who can speak the Arabic language. It's the westerners who introduced the propaganda of nationalism and the "Arab race" nonsense. Since Ancient times what s now known as "Suadi Arabia" was a place of pilgrimage commerce. So people of all races would go there and pick up on the lingua franca which was Arabic and it's many different dialects.
Salam sisters, Jazakillah khair for your videos. I'm Nigerian and live in Nigeria and so we don't face any Stupid questions you have to put up with. But like you said there's no point being angry some people really don't know and can't tell the obvious difference. Keep up the good work sister.
As salamu alaikum. I am so happy you point out the odd questions non-Arab Muslims get just because many people do not understand Islam is not a race. I am a white Muslim and I get all those same questions you listed. However, I do often get a question which makes me very angry. When someone (non-Muslim AND Muslim) see that I am Muslim but not Arab the first question they ask me is "so your husband is Muslim?" I no longer answer the question. Instead I tell them that is a very offensive question. I have even been asked this at the Masjid by other Muslims. Whenever I have answered this question they never follow by asking if I was born Muslim or not. They just assume I "converted" to marry a Muslim man and will not accept anything else I have to say. I automatically become the idiot girl who pretends to be Muslim if I answer their question. Anyone who reads this, please don't ask a Muslim that you are not friends with if they are married to a Muslim. It is offensive because we know that you only ask because you want to judge us based on that. If our spouse is not near us and we don't know you, there is no reason to make our spouse a topic at all until we become friends. I would love to respond to this question with a rude answer such as "what does my husband have to do with this conversation ?" But I feel it is more appropriate to respond in a kind but educational way, by telling them this is an offensive question with a smile on my face. Does anyone else get that question?
as salaamu alakium sister. I was visiting my family in the south when a very old white guy decreply grabbed my veil and said DON'T YOU KNOW THOSE (A RABS ) wear this kind of clothes👀☝
Donetta Wells Subhallah! That's appalling, people like taking this whole race thing to extreme levels. I hope he didn't hurt you, otherwise you need to report him to the police. May Allah protect you and all the Muslims out there and guide us all ameen. Stay safe. X
seriously for me it’s the exact opposite! i’m bangladeshi and sometimes i’m estimated to be hindi or sikh and when i say i’m muslim, no one believes me. Ah trust me it’s hard being a brown person too xx we are going through this together
I am black Muslim as well and I have same history with you Some people they make funny 😁 Ofcourse they asks stupid questions. We accepted Islam ☪️ before Arabs read more about Islam and Hijra Ethiopia 🇪🇹 is the black peoples country they accepted Islam ☪️ before Madina . Islam is not stupid religion Islam is the best solution
Who are you asking this wish from? :-) Islam protects you and billions of other humans. "They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah refuses except to perfect His light, although the disbelievers dislike it." Quran 9:32
Im dark skinned south Asian my sister... And to be honest, you are absolutely gorgeous & shiny in and out. I simply adore you very very mucj MashaAllah may Allāh protect you and bless you always. Ameen.
Lol😂🤣😂🤣 I can relate. I have experienced the same. I was wearing full Jilbaabs including nikaab gave salaams and was still asked whether I was Muslim. Subhan Allah!
Nafisa's Pearlz indeed. When those occasions occurred I was tempted to respond with something flippant but I quickly reminded myself that I don't only represent myself but Islam also as a Muslim, so I would respond by saying " yes I'm Muslim Alhamdulillah " and smile but at the same time think what a stupid question.
Salam Nafisa..I love your videos. Sadly today racism is a widespread epidemic. Even among my own muslim friends and family of the same race no less discriminate because of skin color. They tell me when a muslim that is beautiful and have fair complexion, they have 'Nur' (light) emitting from them. I was saddened by this for a time. Im south asian and my skin color is darker compared to my family. But now im happy because Allah made me unique. I think muslims should know and learn of other great Sahabah who are non arabs and rethink what a muslim really is
This is such a relatable video! I am a Muslim from Ghana and I also live in London (East London). Every time I tell someone I'm from Ghana they start throwing questions. People have gone as as far as to tell me that it is impossible for me to a Black Muslim (especially a Muslim someone from Ghana!). People then ask me if I'm a convert, or if my parents are a convert or if there is someone in my family line that is a convert which has resulted in me being a Muslim. People don't understand that countries such as as Ghana and Nigeria are scattered with Muslims! We speak Hausa for crying out loud! I really liked this video and I loved your confidence as well :D May Allah bless you and grant you and everyone watching this video happiness. Ameen.

Tabarak Allah sis, I'm black and I've had someone asked if I was from Saudi Arabia lol. I was shocked, but i just had to be patient and answer them nicely lol.
i always thought in my mind and practiced in case if somebody go on racist on me if i go abroad someday to another country with pretty much high precentage of racism. "well, my business is my business and your business is your business." i always practiced my self to not care too much about other people say to me. cause i believe that Allah is always with me.
P.s I experienced Racisim from Asians. I have had a lot of bad experiences with Asian women. Not sure if they hate me because I am light skinned or what else because as an Arab I havnt done anything to them. We have no bad history with the Pakistani or Bengalis. So it happens across the board. Lol I loved your warning at the end! " yes it is possible, You tube has progressed these days" hehehhee
Salwa Muslimah i can totally relate this has happened to me. They look at you with contempt. Just cuz your skin is white they see you as less of a muslim.
I feel you 😂 I'm a black hijabi and i always get some dumb questions like "Are you turkish??" "How long do you are a Muslim?" In germany there are many many turkish muslims or arab muslims in my city...
The amount of times I was called a nun for wearing a white scarf and black abayah is unbelievable!! Like how dumb can u be when u can clearly see I'm wearing a hijab?!!😕😕😐😑
Lol....I have received at least 3 of those questions. But in my experience, I too am a black woman, when I have come in contact with the Arab Muslim women the usual reaction I have received is they don’t want to be bothered or speak to you if you aren’t from their country. I know it’s not all Arabs but the ones I have encountered have the attitude that they are better than black muslims.
You know when they say that if you feel or are oppressed, there is no sin if you get them back, (though I do not do this, but, it gets hard, and you cant always help educate or make people understand). You cannot allow people to walk all over you. I have met some people who feel very privileged as Muslim and with their skin color and would look down on other sisters and brothers that the society had grouped unfit somehow!
I had to stop reading the comments because i miss my sister's in Germany from Africa and Europe so bad. I cry for them so often. We r military and r in Columbia South Carolina now. I love each of you!!!! Im gonna cry in peace now. Lol
I live in France and one day my manager ( who is from north africa ) told me during ramadan " Why are you bothering yourself and fasting ? You are black" I was so shocked lol
I am so ashamed of being North African when I hear that kind of things. So sorry sister! Sadly it’s a reality, most North Africans are very racist. They even discriminate themselves with their cultural caste system. I am a Moroccan from France and I can tell you I sometimes hate Moroccans. May Allah swt guide us all..
I'm a black revert from Namibia, reverted to islam 3 months ago and im currently being scrutinized by my parents mainly my mum about how Im trying to be something Im not..as in being a muslim is only for certain races and black people have been are are still being kept as slaves. And how in my chrisitan dominant community, me wearing a hijab(which im an newbie too vy th way) just puts me in more danger. And even if i wanted to get married I wouldnt be taken seriously or rather I'd be oppressed cause black female hijabis are on the low end when it comes to islam and are kept as sex slaves in the middle east and arabian countries. I dont have much knowledge into islam or anything but hearing these things have been quiet discouraging as I've already been struggling to show my family that im still the same person irrespective my new believe but this doesnt seem to matter now. Its all shocking and scary at the same time. I have done some small research into the whole blacks being taken as slaves and black females as sex slaves...seen how some websites justify this and im still not sure if any of this should be taken for truth. Any advice on this matter sisters? I barely know any namibian black muslims and its been hard staying focused in my deen as of late but im still firm in my beliefs Subhanallah. I would just like some clarity on this from anyone who would has ever dealt with such questions.Salam sisters and many thanks!!
Salam. You can check on facebook. There are some groups for revert. My first language is French so the groups that I know are for french speakers. I also heard about a channel or sth like that on tumblr reverthelp. And I download an app everythingislam. There is also a channel on youtube DiasporaUkhti. She is Black, revert and Carribean. I'm from Benin Republic and revert. Here there are muslims but it's a question of ethnicity, relatives and stuff like that. Muslims are yorubas, baribas... So, I kinda feel weird also and don't know how to behave. Plus, I come from a super practising Catholic/ Animist family. Our society is really judgmental. My email is ndlunik31@gmail.com
ASA sister. I get the same...can’t understand that I am a Muslim. They assume I married a Muslim and then became a Muslim like it’s more acceptable to them that I would follow a man’s guidance rather than my own guidance from Allah swt.
I remember when I was in middle school, and someone asked me how I could be a Muslim since I’m not Arab. Also sadly I noticed that some arabs will be so shocked to find out that you speak Arabic, especially if your black for some reason. Which can be an advantage sometimes, like in my school a lot of black Muslim kids speak Arabic, but don’t let anyone know it, especially Arab kids.
I’m a Black Muslim girl (I’m Somali) and I have always thought that in whole Africa there was only Muslims in Somalia, and I thought you were a converted until this video, ahaha this video made me feel so dumb 😅
Like most Asians I am brown. However, people in my race, aka the Bengalis, love white skin and measure beauty in terms of how fair one is. As in, if you are fair, there will be tons of proposals from good suitors for you (especially from rich families😑) And so peer pressures like, how to look more fair is a mainstream in the culture. It's ok to take care of one's beauty but to be defined by your skin colour is not cool at all! May Allah guide us all to the right path. Aameen.
Oh my goood, i get that "are you a convert" all the time, even though I'm arabic, and those who asked me are also arabic, it's so annoying. Love from Denmark, love you sister❤

salam sister i am also from northern Nigeria from Fulani ethnic group, i am having fluency in Arabic as well. I was asked several times of that particularly from the Asians but, i don't care, since most of the Arabs of today cannot speak the original Arabic but what they call 'Darajiya'. My understanding is most of the blacks they are coming across are non muslims, as you can see most of us stay in our host countries, so they assume vast majority of blacks are non muslims. I was in Pakistan last month when some group of people asked me of that and i told them that islam came to Africa before their spreading to their countries, and they read about it and inform me the following day. I then continue to let them know about islam in Africa, which i mention Uqbatu ibn Amir who is among the Sahabah that came and meet our people in a town call Sirt, which we accepted islam since. As you may know our origin as fulani starts from Black Jews in north Africa.

And I was like seriously? 😨🤤 I've also read about black Muslimah not needing to cover themselves up because there was nothing alluring about them to cover. 😑. The way some people think.....pheew.😖
I was sitting on the school bus, and a boy sat beside me without asking me first which was bad enough. “Hey, I wanted to ask..no offense or anything. But how are you black and muslim?” Another one: “where are you from?” “Canada.” “No, where are you _really_ from?” And this happened for like two minutes “where are you REALLY from? Like where were you BORN?”
Nafisa's Pearlz Maybe! Last year he begged me for 5 minutes straight to take off my hijab and show him my hair, even after I told him no + explained why.
I honestly think the only problem is that we don't get taught that Muslims are from any race. I was taking a World History class in 8th grade and my teacher never said anything about how Islam is multi-racial. So people in school would assume I'm Arab just because I wear hijab when my parents are from Eritrea. Also, dating back to the Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) after Arabs Africans reverted to Islam, then people in the Middle East accepted it. So when you really think about it, the ignorance isn't really their fault, but we could learn from other Muslims (Nafeesa for example).
Bishop Smith here, I'd like to do a friendly interview with you to help us understand and get more insight as many a curious about the black women muslims if that's ok
Im from ksa and here there are a lot of black saudis and they speak arabic same in uae most of them have black roots and some are pure african and speak arabic just as in sudan they are black and speak perfectly arabic too
Not all black people are from Africa, Arabic Island it's have a lot of different countries people are black but they are Arabic and they next to Saudi Arabia like, Egypt, Sudan, Somalia, Mauritania, Morocco, Algeria. Really you are a racist. And the Arabic skin it's not white!, they have a black color grading.
I can relate coz i got asked whether i pray salah using my language or arabic and also wen i speak arabic or write in arabic, people got shocked but now alhamdulillah i don't get dat question anymore. The questions are funny though and am also a nigeria nice meeting u sister😍😍😍😍
honestly I been 15 years no in the UK did not experience direct racism but seen it many times in interviews and jobs opportunities which I know I am qualified for but was not selected.. the funniest one is old English lady who keep saying Syria although I told her many times I am from Somalia lool I think she did not finish college but google maps is there.
love u sister nafisa,i should have heard this defnition of urs on Mr obsessive may allah give understanding to mislim unmarried girls to chose a person who is not that kind to admit u as equal human being.
JazakAllah khair for sharing sister. I love the way you portray your message, mashAllah! I live in America and I just came across this channel and this video. I have heard a similar experience for the black Americans here! Especially the "You can't be Muslim...you're black!" I had a question. How do you suggest that non-black Muslims, like me, help make black Muslims welcome in the Muslim community?
Nimrah Baqai I think just treating them on the bases of their character and not making their race an issue is sufficient. Your free to ask questions on things you don't know but I think it's all based on "how" you ask
Im totally agree with u. It's sad to know that that type of people in 21 century are still wirh the same ideas and etiquetts but we learn that although X person is white, rich, strong... ignorance increases. It doesn't matter where r u from, if u have never realized the devirsity around u and how beatiful it is thats a big problem We should'nt never stop fighting against racism and look to the other side. The first human, person, was created in Africa. Greetings from Barcelona.
wow, its just ridiculous but it does depend on the area you live in. If the area is full of Muslims that's what makes it irritating. But if they genuinely don't know then there's no harm in asking as it could open an opportunity for them to learn about Islam.
I had an Egyptian guy ask me that and I, too, was wearing a hijab and an Abaya. This along with people taking pictures of me. Currently, I am walking along with my ball cap and exercise clothing. After 5 months, I was done. I love the religion, but I will practice if I move to Senegal.
I love you sister may Allah bless you for what you doing your my inspiration keep up your good works your beauty is already showing and glowing in and out sister keep inspiring us with your lovely knowledge in shaa Allah
I get that all the time, with a hijab, in a mosque I get asked if i'm Muslim hahahah :) "No i'm an atheist I just enjoy praying to Allah" P.S loooovvveee watching you
Assalamu alaikum sister iam a new subscriber to your channel and i really like your videos. our skin color or beauty doesnt matters as long our heart is beautiful and filled with deen. May allah bless you
I am a white British female Muslim convert born and raised here in London and speak with a working class cockneyfied accent and I get people asking me where I'm from. When I tell them "London" they often respond with" No, I meant where are you from ORIGINALLY." And so I repeat myself. "London" Clearly not satisfied, they then respond with "And your parents and grandparents?" I tell them "They're half English half Irish!" (true) then they often go quiet and ignore me. I've also had people say to me, in general conversation, that I'm seven shades too pale to be a Muslim.
African Americans have to deal with this all the time. Some middleastern people treat us as if we know nothing, they ask the most condesceding questions.
Please read the description box above before leaving a comment. Thank you.
done :)
Thanks girl
Muslim police, it's not when you die, the verse is referring to the judgement day, you're wrong mate.
Turns white is a literal translation, the original meaning is faces of people with good deeds will be full of light and joy, the opposite for people with bad deeds will be dark with sadness, shame and regret, you're wrong, again :-)
Keep searching, you're close to become a Muslim
I love both black and white people.
Racism is stupid
The Muslim slave master may enjoy his "catch" because (according to verse 71) "Allah gave you mastery over them."
Quran (24:32) - "And marry those among you who are single and those who are fit among your male slaves and your female slaves..." Breeding slaves based on fitness.
243. Question: If Muhammad thought blacks are satan. How does a black enter heaven?

Salam sister.... I'm latina white Muslim , and for Me the stupid questions from people is , if I'm Arab just because I wear hijab, or others people tell me why if I'm latina I'm muslimah . Is a lot of ignorance in this planet wallahe. Kisses sister hope you good .... inshallah alkhyr
Frances Arroyo walaikumsalam, I guess it's an issue with any minority Muslim population. Yes there are ignorant people out there but inshallah we can better inform them. I'm good alhamdulilah, hope you are too.
So true. Are you portugese??
A lot of people turn Arab once they you wear hijab 😂 Didn't you know?
Ma sha allah that’s so cool😊🌸
Sorry to ask but do you people know the meaning of the word racism? Is Islam a race or religion? You're not facing racism. Neither are you facing islamophobia. The West is trying to prevent Islamofascism. Nobody wants shariah law.
They’re actually a lot of CENTURIES late 😂
History is not a mystery. You are correct! Islam has been in Africa for hundreds of years. That includes Nigeria of course.
Mrs Salima Rose El-Amiin yes, same with me, I usually answer them too, it doesn't hurt to be kind. Thanks for watching

@@cameoh.1771 I have been asked if I'm Catholic or a Nun... it's none of their business.
So true! I've had people accuse me of lying when i told them i was half Arab and born a Muslim.
Nidzara K Don't worry about what people say. As long as you are a Muslim and you worship Allah and follow Muhammad (SAW) than your race should not be a setback for you. Islam is a religion, not a race and we as a Muslim Ummah should come together and see past our different colours.
Nidzara K may Allah forgive us all
Are u serious?? The only true Muslims are brown skin. Not white or black. You seriously want artists to draw Muslims white /black to blackwash & whitwash Arabian CULTURE? I don't think so! We arabs are Olive complexion (light brown skin , tan, to a brown Complexion.) PERIOD.
I've had people genuinely baffled as to how I'm Muslim and Nigerian (eventho over 50% of the population is Muslim) 😂 I just laugh it off for the most part
Rahima. g. Yes sister, I'm not alone.

But some responds would also be, I'm Muslim too! lol

I'm Nigerian and live in Nigeria and so we don't face any
Stupid questions you have to put up with.
When someone (non-Muslim AND Muslim) see that I am Muslim but not Arab the first question they ask me is "so your husband is Muslim?"
I no longer answer the question.
The are you Muslim question really hits home for me.

Salam Nafisa..I love your videos. Sadly today racism is a widespread epidemic. Even among my own muslim friends and family of the same race no less discriminate because of skin color. We speak Hausa for crying out loud! why on earth would a black person be a Muslim? Islamic doctrine is littered with hate towards blacks. Here is what Prophet Muhammad thought of black's.
The apostle [Muhammad] said, “Whoever wants to see Satan let him take a look at Nabtal b. al-Harith!” He was a sturdy black man with long flowing hair, inflamed eyes, and dark ruddy cheeks.” - The Life of Muhammad, pg. 243.
Question: If Muhammad thought blacks are satan. How does a black enter heaven?
Tabarak Allah sis, I'm black and I've had someone asked if I was from Saudi Arabia lol. I was shocked, but i just had to be patient and answer them nicely lol.
i always thought in my mind and practiced in case if somebody go on racist on me if i go abroad someday to another country with pretty much high precentage of racism.
"well, my business is my business and your business is your business."
i always practiced my self to not care too much about other people say to me. cause i believe that Allah is always with me.
Salwa Muslimah I'm from a Muslim Asian country & wear hijab. But you know what!! Muslim sisters also asked me why I started hijab so early age!!
Salwa Muslimah subhanallah sis
Nô idonte think so .iviste to mucht Asian contry verify nice and respecte all Muslim ithink you have bad contacte .that's way😉
Salwa Muslimah i can totally relate this has happened to me. They look at you with contempt. Just cuz your skin is white they see you as less of a muslim.
I feel you 😂
I'm a black hijabi and i always get some dumb questions like "Are you turkish??" "How long do you are a Muslim?" In germany there are many many turkish muslims or arab muslims in my city...
You are black" I was so shocked lol
bibi c wow, the ignorance!
Well racist is a racist Arab or none arabs don't pay no attention to hater ..prejudice is emotional commitment to ignorance
You should've said, because I'm human and Allah is still going to judge me on the day of judgment
Ceux la sont pires !
This is the really program i really need
I luv the first question 😂 😂 the look on ur face is priceless. I'm new Muslim Caucasian girl I get alot of dumb questions. luv Ya sister!
Sister best to ignore as these ppl are ignorant . You are so lovely person and a strong women and I love your videos
I remember I was asked Question this question back in high school "Are you a convert?" ... He was a Somali brother lol
You're funny sis, I can't stop smiling MashaAllah 😊
ASA sister. I get the same...can’t understand that I am a Muslim. They assume I married a Muslim and then became a Muslim like it’s more acceptable to them that I would follow a man’s guidance rather than my own guidance from Allah swt.
I love you and your channel.. I wish you were my best friend .. JazakAllah ❤️❤️
Fatimatou Jallow jazakallah sis
Amazing video! Nafisa stay strong you are so inspirational
Not a religious thing, but people are always shocked when I say I’m a Hausa from Ghana. There a Hausa people in Ghana?
Like most Asians I am brown. However, people in my race, aka the Bengalis, love white skin and measure beauty in terms of how fair one is. As in, if you are fair, there will be tons of proposals from good suitors for you (especially from rich families😑) And so peer pressures like, how to look more fair is a mainstream in the culture. It's ok to take care of one's beauty but to be defined by your skin colour is not cool at all!
May Allah guide us all to the right path. Aameen.
Mashallah! Shukran ukhti!!!
Oh my goood, i get that "are you a convert" all the time, even though I'm arabic, and those who asked me are also arabic, it's so annoying. Love from Denmark, love you sister❤
As Salaamu Alaikum,
I hope you are doing well.
I just found your channel and I am soo happy I did. Your videos are amazing and I have been watching them nonstop! I just had a couple questions and would greatly appreciated if you answered them. My first question is what editing software do you use??? How do you make your thumnails??? How did you learn to edit like that??? Please let me know. I have been watching youtube videos on editing but they are not helping. I wanted to use multiple images on my thumnail. You have amazing skills. Thank you sooooo much!!! Keep up the great work!
Jazakallahukhairan!
Nafisa's Pearlz
JazakallahuKharan, I really appreciate. I will try them!
salam sister i am also from northern Nigeria from Fulani ethnic group, i am having fluency in Arabic as well.
I also fulani from guinea . Where do you get all that information from ? I have been trying to reserch but its hard to find exact information. Do you speak Pular?
Ur semons are simple and understandable, may Allah increase you in knowledge Jazakallahu khair, u speak like one one of my lecture anytime i watch ur video i remember hr
Alhassan Bintu praise is to God for everything, thanks you for your thoughtful comment, I'm glad you're finding good in the content. Thanks for watching.
More like centuries late haha
Mariivoire haha yep
Sneaky me 😂😂😉
As-salamu alaikum I really interested in your videos and I'm Saudi black girl because my ancestors were African I really agree with you and you know when I tell a foreign that I am Saudi he is shocked because of my color and they don't know there are a lot black Saudi specially in western Saudi , I hope I can meet you when you come mecca for Omrah love you my sister 😘
Amani Alhosawi interesting, I saw how some people treat black Arabs when I went Saudi, it really not ok, I mean, to be that close to the prophet (in his land) and still be showing such disobedience to Allah is just disgraceful! Ofcourse it not all Arabs, most a very nice but some few are just ridiculous.
Thanks for the pre invite lol, I keep it in mind inshallah. X
Wow, ma sha Allah. I've learnt a lot from the comments on this video. Some are so hilarious😂. I'm a Nigerian and I've not been asked some of these questions. But I think I remembered being asked if I was a nun sister. And I was like seriously? 😨🤤
I've also read about black Muslimah not needing to cover themselves up because there was nothing alluring about them to cover. 😑. The way some people think.....pheew.😖
That last one was mean and not true. Disgusting.
Like where were you BORN?”
zebra fizz wow, perhaps he was just curious
Nafisa's Pearlz Maybe! Last year he begged me for 5 minutes straight to take off my hijab and show him my hair, even after I told him no + explained why.
4:15 if I’m not mistaken aren’t most African countries like Somalia’s language originated from Arabic ?
Yes we our language is changed arabic
It didn’t originate from arabic we share some words tho
@@o.7079 it is changed Arabic
Al HAMDULILLAH Sisters for the Strength and the Tolerance we have to exhibit because of ignorance. SAD!!
I love your video, your video gives us courage as Muslimah.
Im from ksa and here there are a lot of black saudis and they speak arabic same in uae most of them have black roots and some are pure african and speak arabic just as in sudan they are black and speak perfectly arabic too
جميلة بنت حسين assalaam alaykum
Not all black people are from Africa, Arabic Island it's have a lot of different countries people are black but they are Arabic and they next to Saudi Arabia like, Egypt, Sudan, Somalia, Mauritania, Morocco, Algeria. Really you are a racist. And the Arabic skin it's not white!, they have a black color grading.
@@daily4853 well done for calling that out
@@daily4853 Somalis and Sudanese are not Arab..they are African countries with Muslim Dominant culture.
@@farhiyaa4880 they are African whith arab roots
Mixed race muslim from cape town south africa ❤ born muslim 👍
Omg! Im South African muslim too, my mothers colored and my dads indian
Someone asked me if we Muslims pray, what do we pray about? And I'm like whaaaaat?! Like... I just don't understand
0:10 Wallaykum salaam warahma Masha Allah may Allah protect you sis ✔✔✔✔✔✔
JazakAllah khair for sharing sister. I love the way you portray your message, mashAllah!
I live in America and I just came across this channel and this video. I have heard a similar experience for the black Americans here! Especially the "You can't be Muslim...you're black!"
I had a question.
It doesn't matter where r u from, if u have never realized the devirsity around u and how beatiful it is thats a big problem
We should'nt never stop fighting against racism and look to the other side. The first human, person, was created in Africa.
Greetings from Barcelona.
Ma sha allah sister im so proud of you . Ur beautiful 😍 like a pearl .
Thanks for this video it is so encouraging 🧕🏼 as in not to bother with these kind of things. This was very funny 😁
They always ask that to kurdish muslim!! like what :P ??? I,am a muslim, wearing a abaya! and hijab.. and praying XD
wow, its just ridiculous but it does depend on the area you live in. If the area is full of Muslims that's what makes it irritating. But if they genuinely don't know then there's no harm in asking as it could open an opportunity for them to learn about Islam.
Ya allah
ua-cam.com/video/zOuR0ZGmedo/v-deo.html
I had an Egyptian guy ask me that and I, too, was wearing a hijab and an Abaya. This along with people taking pictures of me. Currently, I am walking along with my ball cap and exercise clothing. After 5 months, I was done. I love the religion, but I will practice if I move to Senegal.
I love you sister may Allah bless you for what you doing your my inspiration keep up your good works your beauty is already showing and glowing in and out sister keep inspiring us with your lovely knowledge in shaa Allah
I get that all the time, with a hijab, in a mosque I get asked if i'm Muslim hahahah :)

Shifana Kabeer Ameen and you too
I am a white British female Muslim convert born and raised here in London and speak with a working class cockneyfied accent and I get people asking me where I'm from. When I tell them "London" they often respond with" No, I meant where are you from ORIGINALLY."
And so I repeat myself. "London"
Clearly not satisfied, they then respond with "And your parents and grandparents?" I tell them "They're half English half Irish!" (true) then they often go quiet and ignore me.
I've also had people say to me, in general conversation, that I'm seven shades too pale to be a Muslim.
*PREACHHHHH*
haha Najma i recognized you from the real daytime comments LOL
ThisIsNajma you are "every every"where!!!!
African Americans have to deal with this all the time. Some middleastern people treat us as if we know nothing, they ask the most condesceding questions.
indoora so sad
How can someone be that beautiful???
MashaAllah Allah will judge us by our deed not by our colors, status BE PRoUD OF ISLAM BE PROUD OF BLACK. UR BRoTHER FROM ETHIOPA
Lol I think they assume “Muslim” means arab
