- As I was growing up, I spent my whole life in gyms and on wrestling matts but after college it kind of got lost. That's when I transitioned to being an entrepreneur and starting building businesses.
What's crazy is that as soon as I "made it", whatever that means, the very first thing I did was build a wrestling room.
The moment the room was done, I invited my friend over and we wrestled. As soon as we were done, I was like "that was all I really wanted", I just wanted to wrestle again. I went though this huge loop of wanting to create and building businesses and make money and all these things because I missed wrestling.
That is why my private home gym and wrestling room is one of my best investments.

One of my best business investments to date!
Kettlebells and dumbbells, I know not much, but it gives me the option to workout from home😁. But once one of my funnels blows up, my next Investment will be a home in Florida
I'm constantly sitting at my desk, so right now my Secet Lab gaming desk chair has been my best investment. My back has thanked me haha.
And of course the Marketing Secrets Trilogy is high on my list a well 😅.

When I met you at a mastermind in Vegas, someone told me about your extensive wrestling background and I instantly related to you and gained respect for you because I know how hard it was for you to achieve that level of success! I’m thinking there might be an NCAA champion brewing in the Brunson home gym!

Russell I LOVE your wrestling room!!!! My son wrestled for 6 years for a scholarship to college for wrestling…. Darn Covid came and he focused on his robotics engineering degree and gave it up… as a wrestling mom I am lost without it in my life anymore! Thank you for continuing the love of wrestling and creating that room that’s inspiring me

While watching this video, I was reminded of one of my favorite movies growing up in the 80's called Vision Quest. I remember there being a piece of equipment in the movie where they climbed these pegs going up a wall. As I was watching the video, I found myself looking around the room to try and spot one on your wall. Was that an actual piece of gym equipment for wrestlers or was that Hollywood? thanks
