I saw that yellow black guard tele that belong to the guy who played with John Anderson played live at Renfro Valley Kentucky in the late 90s. It was the first yellow guitar id seen as a kid. It sounded awesome live. John Anderson put on a good show and he plays the fire outta a Banjo too.
Thanks for doing a guitar show video right, great camera work , on point commentary, You demonstrate courtesy " can I pick this Up?"I would have trouble not buying for myself. Much success🎸
Guitar shows are fun to go to and you can see a lot of guitars at one place and possible find "the one" you have been looking for! But, unless you really need cash now, don't sell your guitar to a "dealer", especially at "guitar shows", you will not get a "reasonable" price! "Dealers" are (of course) in the business to make money as well as the love of guitars! At a recent guitar show, a dealer I won't name ( but was at this show) said he could only give me half of the "going rate" for a 1993 Fender "wxyz" in VG condition, which really opened up my eyes! And, as Alex states @18:16 you can get a better price selling your guitars locally!!! Network with friends and at "jam nights" and sell to an individual for your best chance of getting a "reasonable price" for your guitar!!! Oh yeah, love your videos Alex! My favorite was the 1963 (Les Paul) SG Jr. and the refinished "white" one! PS: I guess I will be "blocked" now! 😁
26:20 Atlanta Vintage! I bought one of the last Hamer Sunburst guitars in existence from them last year! They even sent me a free shirt with the same design Greg is wearing! Also, I love seeing the new Ibanez Roadstar collection! Very refreshing to see a new non Fender/Gibson set of guitars!
The Fender Telecaster Reissue from 1982 is very cool,Fenders of this era are quite "underrated" except the 2 knob Strats and Elite series.I suppose, you made a great deal with all the Ibanez Roadstar 2,especially the hardtail version. I own one in Dakota Red finish, great guitar in sound and playability. Were there also offered Fender Japan ST 54 VSP offered here, serialnumber starting with JD 12/13?Very unknown 54 reissued Stratocasters, with all the right spec's,V-shaped neck, alnico pick-ups, ash body and nitro finish.
I’ve been to countless guitar shows and gun shows, and while I love the way you’re open to people picking up and playing your gear, how do you not constantly worry that divine is going to steal something? It make me anxious just watching you videos. Crazy. Oh wait, now you’re leaving the hall for the evening. Who the hell do you trust with guarding all that gear over night??? Definitely not for me.
Oh shit I've been peeping this vid for a few days. I'm at the end and what do I see....Fkn Greg from Atlanta Vintage guitar (on my way there now ). Just got a Yamaha, Goya Martin MIJ, AND a Hondo....Yes Hondo Martin lawsuit. Some schmuck put in a ton $$$ to to put on and modify a Martin Ebony Saddle. Thing is my fave right now. Love Greg and Spencer over at Atlanta Vintage guitar
Ive been looking for a certain cheap acoustic guitar. Ive not been able to find one andnits buggin me back. Ive got to have another one. My original one was stolen. Please find me one. Its a 2017 Fender Tbucket 300ce in Moonlight burst. Black and Grey. Ive found FA series in Moonlight burst but can find another tbucket 300ce in that color scheme. Ive got to find one. Help me out if you can.
Seemed like more than the usual amount of people trying to sell you gear than your other videos. Do people not understand you need to make some money too?😂
Aside from the vintage booths , saw overpriced gear and several either fakes or ‘parts’ guitars being sold as otherwise . In short , bunch of sleezoids there minus the booths that were cool . Just beware
The guitar market is dead. Floating face down. Its just dealer to dealer stuff keeping the prices inflated. Traders are trying to dump anything but no one is buying. There is no money about. Same as the watch market. Its a dead rotting corpse.

Sad to see the competition strat with the pink stripes go! I hope it found a good home. 😄
Uncle Larry chowing down. 1.51
My first electric guitar was a Ibanez Roads l bought 1985 for $200.

Heavy hitters at the guitar house of Tulsa booth.....uncle larry.
Beef jerky and cheese is selling like gangbusters

😂😂😂😂 11:26
do you still have the b-bender $let me know Alex !!
You blew a interview with Greg Voros and the great Uncle Larry.
Are you Tbones kid?
I would rather hit this show than NAMM anytime.
Most of us are broke lately...I usually buy 2 or 3 guitars a year on average, but I've bought ZERO the past 3 years.
Understandable!
Yet the news says the economy is booming
I'm fed up with "everything old is good" ......
I'm fed up with $30 million instruments!
Let's get back to real music.....
Good video but needs more dove
Show acoustics as well.
Are any other famous UA-camrs there.. Like Zak and guitologist
Seemed like more than the usual amount of people trying to sell you gear than your other videos. Do people not understand you need to make some money too?😂
Everything happens before the public is let in…same as gun shows.

The industry won't be able to sustain itself if we don't pay these ridiculous prices. They'll have no choice but to come back down to Earth.
Alex that Jr baby that jr
Definitely not the Ibanez Roadstars! In my opinion, one of the most overrated vintage guitars out there!
