Snoop might have been scared. Suge was an intimidating individual. But when there’s fear there’s adrenaline when you’re in fear you function differently. Fear can cause a snap decision that changes lives as well as ends them. There is nothing wrong with fear, it’s our most primal emotion. Fear can make you almost superhuman or destroy you
First and the realest. E the only one to me I can see poppin off with suge regardless of who's around. Others moved with discretion regardless of what they say.
You are forgetting the man Suge feared the most and that was Mike Klein. In fact, Mike Klein was generally known as the most feared man in the music industry. He was an Ex-Israeli Mossad agent who was said to be so good at killing people that he was likened to a weapon of mass destruction. So who did Mike Klein work for? Eazy-E. Not only that, but when Eazy-E wasn't there, it was Mike Klein who ran Ruthless Records. You might be thinking that Eazy probably didn't fear Suge because he had Mike. Well, that's not true. According to Mike Klein, Eazy was fearless and usually refused any type of protection for himself. Mike was there for Eazy's employees mainly, but E rolled by himself. Just him and his Desert Eagles lol On a side note: When Suge got into his latest legal jam, he reached out to Mike Klein and now they are good friends. Like the old saying goes: If you can't beat them, join them.
Suge might be a bad guy, but he is loyal, I don't believe he killed Pac or Easy.... He knows... He doesn't snitch! Outside of the Industry and the Big Screen; Suge is still a street dude, is still a G. a True G.; and G.'s are not Nice people! on the contrary of what many kids think nowadays... the real g's don't give a crap about your life or whatever... they eat you alive like a Piraña! Pac was not that! He was an Artist a kind Soul! Snoop was weak... he tried to do the right thing, ok! But the streets don't work like that... I believe he entered that derpression cus he knows he was the reason Tupac got killed, he showed weakness! Of Course Suge would say "Fuck the Niggas" he was in jail... Suge might be a bad person, I don't know him, but I never saw him breaking the Laws of the Street... (neither Biggie for that matter - Puffy is a Bitch with too much Power!) He doesn't snitch, he doesn't take it to public tv's; he is an O.G.! I don't like him... I gotta respect him as a man... not as an artist so much, but even as a promoter he was good, like Trump or Vince McMahon.... I don't care what he does at night as long as it is not eating children or... you know... ... but as a Man, a street dude... he's not there to Entertain us, but to earn money... he's no hero... and there's no Boogie man on the Street, like you said; Easy woulnd't give a fuck... He knew there's no heros, you have to piss and sleep one moment or the other... but he sure as Hell won't let himself be the victim! That's Street Life! I am no G. but I have met real G.'s - Killers and Ruthless People, they are not nice... they don't give a fuck about your rights, like Pac... sometimes it seems like they tried to give a portrait of the streets that is not the truth, but what they want people to think... I am not American, but I assume the streets are equal in every corner of the World, people are... and I think there's more Code and Laws on the Streets, from the O. G.s than in the World as they seel on T.V.... I'm outta the steets for more than a decade, so I don't know now! People change and the World too... but when you have to survive and have gun or a knive in your hand, no one looks bigger than you and that is the PROBLEM! PEACE!

One honorable mention who ain't named in this video is the late-great Chris Lighty, the founder of Violator Management. In 1994, he played a role in Warren G getting signed to Def Jam following Suge snubbing him a contract to Death Row. Suge being sour over a west coast act once again signing w Def Jam (he hated that Domino was signed to them also) he tried to confront the Def Jam chairman Lyor Cohen at the House of Blues during a De La Soul concert. Chris being in business w Def Jam got Lyor out the building before Suge came back stage. When they cross paths Chris made it clear that he was the one who signed Warren G to Def Jam. When Suge tried to get loud, Chris' child hood friend, Lite (who was De La's head of security) stepped up & drew out his pistol asking Suge & his homies who wanna go first! Once Suge realized they wasn't backing down he & his crew left. Since then Suge avoided messing w anyone tied to Def Jam or Violator up until he tried 50 & it backfired in 2003. Theres audio of Chris himself telling this story from a unheard interview on the "Life & Times of Chris Lighty" podcast that was released in 2017.

Suge was the boogeyman to people living the square life. My cousin worked at DeathRow from about 93 until a little after they signed Crooked I. Like he said, Suge had the industry shook, but it had more to do with the Pirus/Bloods he had on his team. At the same time, he said the reason Suge even hired those dudes was because he needed protection. Even with all the manpower he had, he still had gangstas in LA pushing up on them, and while they got a lot of wins, they took their share of Ls.
@Jerry Louis with The Thickness what you mean? It was many L's, few quick well known ones, like when they jacked death row chain off Pac's cousin, then "they" killed Pac, shot Suge,

It wasn't about them being gangsters, although Tray Dee is one, but both men have healthy self -esteem and refused to let another man dominate and intimidate them.

That movie is hilarious. It's Dre's own power fantasy. Punched a blood and got away with it, then was in a high speed police chase for miles. Conveniently left out how he likes beating women and Real Muthaphukkin G's though.
The thing about Suge Knight is that he was affiliated with bloods and the thing about bloods is that they are just bunch of every day people (that is why Mike Tyson could beat their leader and humiliate him and nothing happened to him. That is why Tekashi is still okay too) but there are a lot of them because they forced people to be in the gang. When your gang has so many people there will be some people that are actually dangerous on their own and because of that rumors start about the gang being like that. Suge Knight was just a guy who was big and looked tough but supposedly by himself was pretty weak but because of the rumors that surrounded bloods(and him surrounding himself with gang members in general which were majority of people from where he was from) he was seen as tough and scary.
Suge was not affiliated with any Blood sets at all, he was paying them to be his protection, that's why as soon as he was broke none of em stayed, just hired "friends". As for Takeshi you talking about those East Coast Bloods which are a joke compared to the West Coast sets. Yes he was and still is an intimidating figure due to his size and the evil you see in his eyes, he did not need to front and pretend he was Damu, all he needed to do was hire professional security and he would have saved a lot of money. But again he was frontin just to feed his ego and that was his downfall, a well deserved downfall.

NWA was a party rap group like beastie boys until Straight Outta Compton (which was written and performed as a satire song) after that people who didn't get the satire believed the gangsta image and that is where the cornball accidental birth of gangsta rap started because label execs forced them to do only "gangsta rap" after that because it made them millions of dollars. They weren't ACTUAL gangstas.. the all were prep school students dude. Suge might be a bad guy, but he is loyal, I don't believe he killed Pac or Easy.... He knows... He doesn't snitch!
PEACE!

With people around him Suge thinks he's god but when he's alone he's just like any other bully in school a little bitch.
Eazy E was one of the realest and nicest people that I ever met. He wasn't afraid of anyone. I miss him every day. RIP to the Godfather of gangster rap. 🙏❤
you met E?
Huh you met eazy e?
Yes. I grew up in Compton.
Eazy was the only one actually involved in gangs and he thought gangsta rap was a joke that's why he never took his lyrics seriously and all his songs are half gangsta and half funk. These dudes went from express yourself to natural born killers and fools ate it up.

I keep thinking of 50 "SUGES OUTSIDE! SUGES OUTSIDE" 😂
Eminem’s smart, he didn’t go after gang shit, he focused on rap
Bang Em Smurf said that Eminem came outside during the In Da Club video shoot when Suge rolled in with a bunch of Mexicans. Russell Simmons also talked about 50 Cent grabbing an Uzi and chasing Suge off, laughing and barking at Suge while he did it.
No no no deathrow was spitting on eminem and snoop on the plane
50 cent wasn’t even relevant back in the 90s when Rap was at its peak and went rubbish by 00s

Crazy how they portraied Eazy as a punk in Straight Outta Compton

Snoop went to the MTV awards, before biggie and pacs deaths, promoting violence and death against the opposing coasts rappers. Let's not paint him as the guy trying to stop the fight.
I find it incredible how from all the people mentioned here, the only one who was not afraid, in a "self-defence" way, was Eazy, he legit wanted to just go an end his life... Goes to show how much of a real G he was
I'VE SAID THIS MANY TIMES EAZY HAD TO MANY PEOPLE THAT HE KNEW FOR SUGE KNIGHT NOT TO VIOLATE AND SUGE KNEW IF HE HAD PUT HANDS ON EAZY BY VIOLATION WELL THERE WOULD BE A DEMONSTRATION ✌️💯🇺🇲

Bro just look at their picture with tupac and suge including snoop
Literally suge just did the power move and disrespected him by extending his arms around snoop and tupac neck while holding a red towel so he doesn't touch snoop clothes
And basically just dominating him
And snoop was a pussy back then that's literally how he survived if he sided with tupac and dissed and dissed he would be dead too
He used to be a CEO, now he's just an inmate 😂😂😂😂
They even said in the movie something along the lines of "You don't fuck with Dre." Very accurate. Dre was extremely dangerous in a good way. He a real G. Eazy E a real G too, man was utterly ruthless and highly intelligent.
There were a lot of rappers who were not afraid of Suge Knight….
Tbh, I don't blame anyone for being afraid of Suge. Not only was he a man monster but he was a violent sociopath with a big crew behind him.
Anyone that stood up to him has my biggest respect.
Suge holding Vanilla Ice upside-down off a balcony to make him sign over his rights shows that they guy just didn't give a fuck.

@@QueenIsan lol Suge balling out in the feds, doing the same thing he can do in the streets.
I was following this stuff in the 1990s... what most people don't remember is that Suge had cordial relationships with Dre and Snoop... they turned against him because he was stingy and exploiting them...
Suge was a real gangster for awhile. Most people don't know his entire history. Kinda surprised Vanilla Ice wasn't mentioned in this (Suge held him off a hotel balcony by his ankles if he didn't pay Suge "Ice Ice Baby" royalties), and even before that Suge was security for Bobby Brown and had hella gun charges. But all throughout the years he was a member of the Pirus Bloods and ran A LOT of cocaine and guns in the country. He is known to have committed multiple murders (Bruce Richardson back in the day, TUPAC!, and that dude on the set of Straight Outta Compton - 28 years in prison for that). During DeathRow he employed former police as "security", but they really were just helping him run drugs and guns for the Bloods. But everyone eventually meets their end.... after Suge lost DeathRow he was knocked out multiple times, stabbed, shot 6 times in the stomach... basically got the whooping he deserved for so many years. But nothing beats him going to the police station to get arrested for murder that was caught on camera, while smoking a cigar... then nigga leaves his cigar sitting on a tree outside the station, still burning, letting everyone know he will be right back. Damn he don't give af. But he always acted like a bitch with the lawsuits and whatnot.... I guess because he was always broke.
Didnt Suge faint in court during his sentencing 😂
He’s a member of the Mob not Tree Top
Now Suge is baking cookies in PIA Bakery at RJD Correctional Facility.
@@KC1986JR Well I have read/heard some talk from members of MOB who said Suge Knight was never in it, and members of TreeTop who said Suge Knight was in it. But for the sake of being correct, I changed my comment to simply say Pirus Bloods.
