IBS sucks! I've had it since I was a kid and I have gone for 2 colonoscopies. The first one is when I was officially diagnosed with IBS and the second time was after I had been in the hospital and they thought I had colitis, thankfully no issues were seen and they both came back normal. Also, say goodbye to caffeine because it can really make your IBS worse! That means no more coffee or regular soda!

I am 53 and Niacinamide is so exciting like retinol used to be which I still love don’t get me wrong but those are the two that really changed my skin. I guess the vitamin C did but I guess I forget about that because I have been using a vitamin C serum of some sort for many many years.
My daughter has such severe eczema that she had to go on Dupixent a few years ago, she had a bout of eczema that covered her entire body. It was so heartbreaking because it lasted for an entire year and even on the Dupixent she still has issues, it was really sad because she started modeling when she was really young and had to stop because of it. Squalene is another one that’s really good for eczema.

Just because you have IBS doesn’t mean you have to stop drinking coffee I have IBS and I drink coffee and I’m fine I just don’t drink coffee on a daily basis people with IBS have different things they can and can’t have you just need to find them for yourself for me I can’t have spicy food or pastry or most dairy
